I purchase a car from Bob Howard in the past and was a satisfied customer up until recently. I went into the office for a quote on a vehicle and did not promise to make a purchase or schedule an appointment to come back. The salesman called me on the phone and when I told him that had already found a car and he then HUNG UP in my face! That was not good customer service and I will not do business with them again!

Friendly staff but I don't like to call to make an appointment to have my oil changed. I just like to drop by when I have a chance, not when they can fit me in. They should have a 30 minute deal like Bob Howard Chevy.
