I have used Bob marshal's in the past & was very happy so I used them again. What a shock. hes had my big screen tv for over a month now & its still not fixed. he doesn't answer his phone, refuses to call or communicate. he promises something will be done the next day & then we don't hear from him. We drive to his shop & there are notes that say be back in 1 hour. I can only assume we have lost out 700. big screen tv. I don't know what else to do.
