I had an alignment done on my Enlave, and it was done fairly quick. I was with my two preschool age kids, so that is a big plus to me. I asked them about my tires and was told I still had over 5000 plus miles left on them. The dealership guys had told me I had to replace them. Thanks for being honest gentlemen! Robert, thanks for the great customer service! I will be returning in the future.

These guys were friendly and helpful. They didn't lie to me about other services needed on my truck and only recommended that I have a very minor change of one thing. Obviously this other person love to blow things out of proportion and then spam it all over the internet rather than talk to the manager. These guys are great!

The shop changed oil, did emission inspection and changed brake on Jan 15, 2010. I collected the vehicle the same day after waiting in the shop. I drove the car around for three days. During those three days I smelled gas and initially I thought it was due to the brake repair. But in the third day the smell is getting worst. I opened the hood and noticed the oil cup was missing and another open hole. I am not familiar with car's and did not know what that could be. I called this shop and the person who picked up the phone told me that they will close in few minutes and can not help at this time but asked to bring the car the next day. I took the car the next day and the customer service personnel looked at it and found the oil cup in the hood and closed the engine cup and said that you are good to go without apologizing for the creating the problem, did not offer to check the oil level since the oil was spilling all over the engine for three days. I specifically demanded for the oil to be checked and they finally checked the oil but did not clean the engine to get rid of the oil spill. I am totally disappointed with the technician who worked on my car and above all I am disappointed with the customer service after the mistake made. I had to leave the car near where I found the problem and call my wife to pick me up. Also I had to go to work late when I bring the car for the second time to check the oil level.

I have been using them for years. Sam the service manager is very trust worthy went beyond the call of duty. I use to go to the dealer but i had a problem with them not fixing my car but taking my money. I took it to Sam he only charged me $150 after spending $1200 at the dealer..They have my business for ever.

These guys are a joke. They broke the timing belt cover in my car, and pretended like they don't know what happened. The metal at the break was shiny and new. They did it, and they know it, and they didn't own up to it. They are incompetent, decietful and have no interest in customer retention.
