Went to Alpharetta location in March for haircut and color for the first time in many years. Jessy did a great job and rebooked appointment for color for a month later. Next visit, Jessy gave me black roots for my medium light brown hair. Had to go back to get this corrected by Sara who seemed annoyed to have to do this. Decided to give the salon another chance in August and booked appointment with MJ. She color corrected my hair and gave a great haircut. Again - rebooked on site for 5 weeks later. The evening before my appointment I called to confirm and was told 'Sorry you have no appointment' though had the appointment card in hand. Receptionist told me that the salon manager would have to call me back late the next afternoon and found this not acceptable. Maria, the manager, did call back in the morning only to tell me that they are human and make mistakes. Not asking for perfection but asking to have my appointment honored and have some flexibility to accommodate me since it was their error. I was told that since the hairdressers work all day and want to leave that they wouldn't help me. Seems that the lack of customer service and professionalism continues. Very disappointing that they don't care about retaining customers.

I had only been in the Vinings location to purchase product and thought the place looked really nice, so when I moved to Alpharetta I thought I'd get my color and cut done there. As soon as I walked in, I was totally dissapointed. It was junky, worse than any place you'd find in a mall. The benches you have to wait on are holey and filthy, and the floors are coming apart, the stations look cheap, and two of the four shampoo bowls were busted! I will say, overall it was clean and the front desk woman who checked me out was friendly (maybe a little fake) and I really loved my cut and color! I don't remember her name since I won't be coming back...but she's small and has reddish hair. I reccomend her I suppose, if you can get over the "Regis" vibe!

I've been coming to this salon for a while now. I always very happy everytime I got my hair done. From the moment you walk in to the salon, the receptionist staff always give you their beautiful smile and they are very friendly & helpful. Madellin is my stylist. She is very talented and very funny as well. She always listen to what I want, and she always give me an honest opinion for what she thinks would be best for me.And for the most part..she always right..I always get compliments for my hair!. The salon setting is very modern & clean. As far as the price..well..they have a different prices for each stylist, which I think it depends on their experiences. TRUST ME ,YOU WILL LIKE THIS SALON AND FOR SOMEONE TO STOP YOU AT THE GROCERY,SIMPLY JUST TO TELL YOU THEY LOVE YOUR HAIR & ASK WHO'S DOING IT..PRICELESS..

I've been going to Bob Steele salon on Windward for 3 years. The atmostphere is exactly what you want in a salon. The stylists are experienced, client oriented and always leave me feeling great. Maria is my stylist. She's amazing.

I use to get my hair cut here about every three months. The first two times, the style was awesome. The last time I went, I was kept waiting about 30 minutes and then I had the worst cut. The stylist cut what appeared to be a hole in the side of my hair due to over texturizing. I felt as if he was way too rushed and running between two clients. Although I love the salon, it's been a year of trying to repair what was done to my hair.

There are different levels of hair stylist at Bob Steel- 1 being the least experienced and 8 being the most experienced. I needed to be worked in on short notice so I agreed to a stage 2 stylist. Yikes!!! Six months later I am still trying to grow her mess out! They were very nice when I complained and gave me complimentary fix. However, there was little that could be done at that point. Watch for those lower level stylist!

We do care about you and your hair services and I hope you will give us another chance to make you happy. Bob Steele
We have been using Bob Steele Salon at Windward for over a year and have been very pleased. Their BOB (Beauty on a Budget) is a great way to go to get an excellent haircut for a good price.

Keitha redid poorly done haircut from another salon and Stacy repaired bad eyebrow job. They both did a great job and I've had more compliments on their work than I ever remember getting. Thanks!

I had my hair done at this salon before participating in a wedding and I thought this salon did a great job. The stylists know what they are doing and the salon has a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definately return to the salon and to the stylist who did my hair.

The Aveda salon has several locations in the Atlanta area, the newest being on Winward Parkway (right by the LA Fitness). The stylists are fun, experienced, and know what they're doing when it comes to hair. Whether it's for basic upkeep, or a sleek new look, Bob Steele knows everything there is to know about hair!
