I love Bodifit
I have gotten GREAT results, without really changing my diet. His workouts are tough, but you can go at your own pace. I only wish there were some indoor options. Other than that, I highly, highly recommend Bodifit. You will be challenged but still see the results of your efforts within a fairly short window of time.

Great Motivator!
I haven't worked out in 10 years and was worried that I couldn't handle bootcamp. Mercedes pushed me at a pace that was comfortable yet challenging. After 3 weeks, I was keeping up! Worth every penny!
