Body Sculptor Inc

I have been involved in a lot of fitness classes and this is by far the MOST amazing class I've ever attended. First of all, the Saturday morning "Pure Energy" class has a phenomenal live DJ every class who is extremely talented and plays the best, most energizing, hip-hop and pop music you can imagine. And then there are the trainers. Dolvett Quince, the head trainer, not only trains celebrities, like Janet Jackson, but he treats all of the class members like celebrities with how he instructs. He pushes you. He insists on excellence. He motivates you. He makes you want to reach your goals. All of this without expecting something outside of your fitness capacity! He works with every individual uniquely. He takes you where you're at. All of the other trainers are superstars as well. They are very intense, professional, and motivating. Finally, there's the class itself. The class moves you through so many different exercises that you don't get bored with just one. Like the beat of the music, the class is always moving "on to the next one." I really think you'll never see fitness the same way if you take just one Pure Energy Class.

My trainer wasn't on time for our sessions once! Our appts were always early in the a.m., so this made me late for work over & over. Was told I could shower & get ready there at the gym after sessions, but when I attempted to do this, I get a knock on the restroom door before I even got in the shower & was told to hurry up because there was another client who needed the shower! And nutritional advice"eat nothing but fish and veggies for the next few weeksok, we're done now" was the only advice I got. Great facility, though. Very clean, etc.

The keyword for training is motivation. I definitely got that at Body sculpting. Great work ethic for everyone there and it rubs off on the customers. Thanks.

I am the laziest person when it comes to working out! I've been with Body Sculptor Inc for 2 years now and I stay only because they give the best one-on-one training. It gets intense but they make it fun and they change it up everytime! Thank you Antares for making me look toned and wonderful:-)

My husband and I have been training individually with Body Sculptor, Inc for about 1.5 years now and they are superb! With a mix of cardio and strength training, each session is a new adventure. It never gets old! The entire staff are fun and have a great attitudes. In addition to a workout tailored to our needs, the trainers encourage good nutrition in order to see results.
