Very Professional
I had Bold Blinds install Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades throughout my upstairs and plantation shutters throughout my lower level. Their designer helped me pick out the perfect style for my new home at no charge. I was right away how organized and professional they were so I decide to give them the business. I am so happy with the way my shutters and shades look. I told my sister-in-law about them and she is using them too.

Best in Town
I called Bold Blinds because I was updating my house and wanted faux Wood blinds for my entire house. They sent out their designer, she brought everything to me. She helped me pick out the right color ans style for my house. You cannot put a price on their level of service. I got my white faux wood blinds installed in 3 days. WOW! Just in time for Christmas. They delivered in every way, and the blinds are very sturdy and nice not like the cheap ones I have seen. I recommend them to anyone wanting quality, timeliness, and a fair price.

Arch not received, ordered on Jan 2009
We ordered a window arch covering in January 2009, Jeff Higgins was our sales associate. Jeff ordered a standard arch that did not fit and then ordered a custom arch that did not fit. This repeated itself several times. We constantly had to follow up with Jeff. Bold Blinds either does not care about my order or does not have the capability of completing it. It has been 10 months and I have given up on them.

Very disappointing service
I found this company on Kudzu and was very impressed with the reviews I read. However, my Salesman must have been very new or just not well trained. I had numerous problems with my order until finally I insisted on working with the Manager only. I finally did get what I wanted but it took over 3 1/2 months and me always having to follow up. In fact, I still never received a shade pull for 1 of my blinds (that was missing when the order finally came in) I again had to call about it and was told by the saleman he was mailing it that day. That was months ago and finally gave up on ever receiving it. I would be very hesitant to recommend their services.

Great Company
Called Bold Blinds and they were out the next day. They did a very small job and accomodated my needs. I would recommend them for any blinds needs. Courteous and Professional.
