Worst Tire Shop in the Midwest, 2/13/2014

They improperly installed my wheel bearings and my wheels literally fell off my car. It took two other shops to fix their poor work and three times as much money. It them over a month to finally get... a meager excuse for compensation. Of course they could never compensate for the time and money lost from being out of town unable to work.

great customer service, 5/03/2011

I had some front end work done at bosleys and i was very pleased. later a friend had told me to get rid of a noise in the front i needed to take off the left swaybar link and i did but months later... the probelm accured again and it had ruined the other sway bar link. knowing i needed a professional to look at it i returned to bosleys and they bent over backwards to make me happy they replaced both sway bar links at no cost for the parts and discounted labor. I am very pleased and will not go any where else.

Bosley Fast in Helping Me

I needed one tire to get on with my day and Bosley had me going very quickly. Good prices and good service is what I received. What else is there? Jim McDavitt

Rotten Service, Bait and Switch tactics

Took my 1989 truck in for new tires. Put the lowest price ones on, but two days later ran a full page ad showing a lower price tire for half the price. I called him on it, but they wouldn't do anything about it. Also they did an alignment, the car still pulls to the left. Told me I had to bring in the original receipt in order for them to look at it again. Didn't keep it, so I'm out of luck. Whatever happened to computer records on a vehicle worked on less than two weeks ago?\r\rShady people working in a nice looking facility beware!

If it's still rolling, roll right on by

I recently had to take my two teenage daughters out of state so they could attend their fathers funeral. Before we even made it out of Wichita,we had a flat tire.My car was not driveable. A friend of mine suggested that I go to Bosley Tire since I was just a short distants from their location. My daughters and I went inside to ask for some help and was told that there was nothing they could do for us.One of the salesman noticed that my daughters were getting very upset. He stated that he would clock out on his timecard and help us out, since nobody else seemed to want to.He proceded to get a tire and a rim and came to where my car was stranded. He put on the tire he brought so that we could drive to Bosleys.Unfortunately,I'd already ruined the tire on my car.He sold me a replacement and then was kind enough to check out the others to make sure they were safe for our journey. As I was taking care of my bill,I noticed all the literature and such that was Christian related .It's even written on their windows when you walk through the front door. I was appalled with the way my girls and I were treated. To portray oneselves as Christians, but yet walk a different path is beyond me.I'll pray for them.I do want to thank that one kind young man. I believe his name was Rick. He is the one that will be blessed at the gates. As for me,I believe that when it comes time for me to purchase tires for my car,I'll take it to a company that will not only sell me what I need ,but treat me as a valued customer. I was raised with the belief that if you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all. This is one time I just couldn't bite my tongue.I'm sorry to say, that I will NEVER recommend Bosley Tires to anyone that I know. GOD BLESS

Overpriced!

I found a better tire for cheaper elsewhere. This guy tried to sell a piece of rubber to me, not a tire. The tire I found elsewhere was all weather, and costed less. That guy is a joke, I felt uncomfortable when meeting him. I now see why, he isn't a good person.

Be cautious, be safe, choose someone else!!!!

Their installers are poor. They slashed a gash in one of my tires. I noticed it when it went flat. Randy Bosley told me tough luck and sent me on my way. There are better places out there, choose one of them. Bottom line, they lack guarantees, Randy Bosley is a greedy dirty salesman, and I wouldnt trust their cheap labor install with my car(my life) again.
