Throughout the listing process Ed was easily accessible, often responding to emails in under a half hour. We found his accessibility and reasonable fee to be more than worth it. Ed personally brought a couple to view our home and was very professional and personable during the showing. Saved me tons of money. Ed was very responsive and always made updates in a timely manner. Obviously have agents come in and give you their whole schtickand let them give you their estimate. They're lowballing. Do your own investigation and price it accordingly . Go to Boston Entry Only and list it. You'll be more informed and more devoted to selling your property than any of these agents. Then hire a good lawyer to guide you after you've accepted the offer....
