My brothers and I deceided to get my mother flowers for her birthday. #3 brother in San Fran found Botany Bay online and placed the order. He told them between $75-$100. When I went to pick it up, I overheard the owner say that we asked for $100 arrangement, so that's what they charged. Not going to get my business again

Candace at Botany Bay was incredible! She listend to what we wanted, and arranged the most perfect bouquets for me and the rest of my bridal party. In addition, she went above and beyond to help us set up our table centerpieces that we had purchased separately and our ceremony decorations. She was on time, always pleasant to work with, and at no point did I ever worry that my flowers wouldn't be anything but perfect! I wish Kudzu had a place to post pics of the flowers delivered to my wife compared to the picture of what I ordered on their website. Nothing even similar. This was for a wedding anniversary, and the flowers were an embarrassment. I emailed them with my issues, still no response (2 weeks later)

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day for someone there on Feb 9th. Cancelled that same day after getting home because did not have a good feeling about these people. The owner kept saying things like, "can't we deliver them before Valentine's Day" and "the color of the roses might not be what you have picked out" (was almost a $200 arrangement). Called and cancelled the order that same day-6 days before Valentine's Day. My Am Ex was charged and I called her to see about the refund. She said come back after Valentine's Day. Went in today, two days after Valentine's Day and owner refused to give a refund, even though I told her the charge in on my Am Ex. Now I (a customer) am having to call the executive office to get this trashy money hungry florist in Sandy Springs to do the right thing and refund my money. Use if you want to, just know she is so desperate for money, that if you change your mind, she will not do a refund even though you have cancelled order way ahead. They must be having financial trouble. Not used to this type of service from a florist. Female with blonde hair there said she could not do refund. Had to come home and take time out of my busy schedule to call Teleflora to make them make her refund my money. They called her and wouldn't you know, she then knew how to do the refund on her register. I just want you to know when you walk in there what you're getting into. I wish I had known this.

Normally pretty easy to satisfy but the premium arrangement prepared and delivered by Botany Bay failed to meet even lowered expectations. Blooms failed within two days. Attempted to address with Botany Bay and the courtesy of a call back was apparently too much. Too many other choices to give a second chance.

We had Botany Bay as our florist for our wedding. Candice did an outstanding job and the color and arrangements looked fabulous. We were not disappointed at all with our decision. And they were all so easy to work with.

I ordered flowers from their website, and when I went to visit my friend who got the flowers I was amazed. The arrangement they sent was one of the most beautiful bouquets I've seen! We got our money's worth, and then some! Great service and great design. Will always order from Botany Bay.

I recently had a wedding consultation at Botany Bay florist, and the designer I met with was extremely helpful. I went in unsure of what direction I wanted to take my wedding flowers and left feeling extremely confident about the recommendations that were made. Their prices were extremely reasonable as well!

This shop has a great design staff who really listens to your opinions and helps create the perfect gift. I wanted something young and trendy for my friend and left with an awesome arrangment in a ceramic black cube that was simply perfect!!! I will be buying all my friends and relatives things from here in the future!

I have ordered flowers numerous times from Botany Bay Florist and am always completely satisfied with the products I recieve. It is hard to purchase items over the phone without necessarily seeing them first-hand, but the staff at Botany Bay is extremely helpful and always makes the perfect suggestion. On top of the great customer service, the value is by far the best I've found. I get twice the amount of flowers I would get from other shops for the same price! A great place if you are looking to send flowers anywhere in Atlanta!

I have purchased flowers from Botany Bay since 1978... their flowers are always fresh and seem to last for a good week and they are so pleasant to deal with.

Botany Bay has beautiful flowers and floral arrangements at a reasonable price. Their plants are especially nice and the delivery is reliable. They offer many choices and the wreaths are lovely.
