This is the second time I have had Boutte trim some Bradford pears that were beginning to grow over my townhouse. The work was done on time and to my satisfaction. The cleanup was perfect and short of returning a hose to the side of the house I had nothing to do. They keep their appointments and keep you posted on every stage of the process. It is easy to approve a job by the internet as well as pay for the services. I will definitely use them again when the need arises. Sal Ferrara Atlanta GA
Boutte Tree removed two very high Bradford pear branches that were growing over my house. Now the side of my house will get the necessary sunshine as well as my house is safe from falling limbs.

I priced about 6 other top rated companies using Kudzu's ratings. Their price was on par with the other top rated tree companies if not a little better. I was very happy with the tree pruning and removal. I feel the quality of the work was great and the guys that came out were very friendly and hard working. They cleaned up the driveway and work areas well.

Thank you so much! We really enjoy working for clients who do their research!
Thank you for the positive feedback, we really appreciate it.
I have the utmost respect and confidence in this company, and Tierson Boutte. A couple of years ago I needed a crepe myrtle too close to my home transplanted. Husband happy to cut it down, but not for me. It was a 30 ft tall gorgeous tree, 24" from house. Tierson was the ONLY tree expert with the moxie and confidence to accept the offer and they moved it to my front yard where it now flourishes. I can't say enough positives about this VERY professional team of tree specialists. Call them: you will not be disappointed. All the workers are fabulous to talk to and they want you to be a happy customer. HOW rare is that these days? KUDOS, to this company!

Wow, what an awesome title! Knights of the Arbor Biz, love it!
This is our 3rd foray into tree work since we purchased our house two years ago. Older homes and older trees make for a fun time. We contacted Boutte the first go around and have stuck with them. Jay came out last week and looked over the two trees we needed removed and scheduled the job after I accepted the proposal. Jim Harris and his team got here on time and made super quick work of the removal and cleanup. When I say "cleanup", I mean they cleaned up! Thanks again, guys, for the super job. When I need more work done, you can be sure I'll call you first.

Thank you ma'am! You have been a great client!!
Boutte Trees came, sawed, and conquered 7 massive pines in my yard. Their estimator was very friendly and incredibly responsive. They provided extremely detailed proposals with clear maps of the work and confirmed with me - several times - that the proposal was absolutely correct and in line with what I wanted. They were in constant communication, were very flexible about the scheduling, came exactly on time, and executed the work extremely well. They were very reasonable in terms of price and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. If I ever need any more work done I will not bother going to 6+ services to get quotes I will go right to this group - absolutely everything was as perfect as it could be and exceeded my very high expectations. I really cannot say enough about their work - seems true with others reviewers here as well.

We had a couple of trees that needed a health analysis, and Robert stopped by shortly after to examine the trees in question, and provide great insight and recommendations. The crew removed one tree and did a great job. Boutte Tree is really BIG on customer service, very responsive, and overall so pleasant to work with. We had 3 larger trees planted with them earlier last year, also a great job. Definitely recommend.

I will make sure that Robert sees this review, thank you so much!
Some of the privacy evergreens at the back of my property had started to die. I wanted to get a diagnosis so that we could save them if possible. I called Boutte Tree because I had used them a year ago to get a quote, so I knew they had licensed arborists on staff. Mark was professional and knowledgeable. He told me to clear out the leaf cover so the ground could dry out--apparently my trees don't like too much moisture--and to remove two of the more diseased trees. I appreciated the professional diagnosis, and was grateful it was something I could do myself, rather than an expensive fix. We'll see if his advice does the trick, but for now, I am very happy.

Thank you so much for your positive review! We really appreciate the feedback.
We wanted to remove a very large pecan tree and raise the overall canopy of other trees in our backyard. Everyone at Boutte was very professional from start to finish. You cannot go wrong with Boutte if you need tree service done the right way with no worries and surprises - Highly recommend and would use them again in future. JW of Atlanta, GA.

Wow thanks for the great review! We always try our best to make each and every customer happy! We look forward to the chance to serve you again in the future. - Jessa Boutte
I made an error in my earlier review. I initially posted that an estimate had never been sent after 3 weeks. I immediately received a call after posting my negative review on Kudzu, and learned that the estimate had been sent within a day or two of the estimators visit via email. The email was filtered to my spam folder (still unclear why my email server did that), so I never saw it. I do apologize to Boutee for the initial negative review (fortunately it was only up for a few hours before writing this retraction). That being said, they might not have lost my business this time if only someone would have followed up with a phone call after receiving no response from me via email. This is why I gave only 2 stars for service. I don't know of their quality or value since they never did work for me, but kudzu requires ratings, so i give them what most others have (out of fairness).

Update to owner's reply: Hi again, I tried to call you again, I am so sorry to be annoying in any way, but I did want to reach out to you and let you know that I spoke with our salesperson Mark about the lack of follow up and he was able to produce his paperwork notes showing that he left you a follow up voicemail on January 16th. Although it would have been better for him to keep trying until he was able to talk to you, I do believe him that he left the message. ORIGINAL REPLY FROM OWNER: Hello there Briesach, Jessa Boutte here. I just received a notification about this review and immediately looked into it. I can see that we did indeed email you a proposal on January 8th. Is it possible that it entered your junk mail box? I just left you a message about this and I hope that you will return my call and we can hopefully get to the bottom of this. I am so sorry that you felt overlooked. We will have a discussion with your estimator about why you never received a follow up, however, he did indeed send you a proposal. I am guessing that it is simply in your junk folder. Would you mind checking for us? Thank you. Please call my cell when you can. Jessa Boutte 404-978-5557
I used Boutte to trim up the canopy of heavy trees all around my house. They did a really great job. Absolutely no problems. Very professional, cleaned everything up and made sure we were happy. Will use from now on. Very competitive om pricing as well.

Thank you for the review!
Thank you very much.
The folks at Boutte Tree were very professional, which is not always the case with tree removal services. They did the job quickly, cleaned up perfectly, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. They were very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about what I can do myself! They are a bit more expensive than other, but worth every penny. I will use them again.

Everything about the experience with Boutte Tree was positive. Its clear that they care about the trees, the property and the customer. The estimate was fair, the work was done efficiently and the team went above and beyond to make sure they met and exceeded expectations. I recommend them without reservation. Thanks Boutte!
