Boutte Tree Inc

Boutte Tree removed a large poplar leaning toward our house and caught in another tree using their patent-pending grapple on the end of the crane that allowed them to remove the tree without using lines tied to other trees to prevent large limbs from free falling to the ground. This prevented damage to surrounding trees. They also didn't disturb the azaleas or dogwood beneath the 50 plus year old tree they were removing. The four man crew was courteous, professional and all spoke fluent English. Throughout the process the front office was very responsive with scheduling and emails. All the insurance paperwork was up to date and included our address with the date of job with workman's comp on all employees verified, not just on one employee. They emailed insurance forms and contracts promptly after giving me an estimate on the spot without talking too much about other needs on the property. They have their own crane, chipper and log truck, so their pricing was very competitive with other certified arborists. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. We have had a lot of tree work done in the past, and Boutte exceeded our expectations. They have put together a great crew. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Boutte Tree was excellent. I had bids from 4 companies, and Boutte's expertise in trees, customer care, and professionalism were evident. They were timely, polite, and thorough before, during, and after the job (clean up). We have found our tree company, and I highly recommend them to others.

I truly can't say enough good things about EVERYONE I dealt with at Boutte. The crew of Donys, Jason, Efraim, and Antulio were polite, professional, and very careful not to damage the property, all while working extremely hard (non-stop) until the job was done. And Tierson, the owner who came afterwards to deal with the fence rebuild, only had one focus: make the customer happy. Thanks also to Jay and Virginia.

The short story: Boutte's bid for the job came in under 5 other bids, including 3 that were outrageous. Turns out the salesperson accidentally underbid the job by quite a bit (oopsy).

What was originally estimated as a 4 hour job turned out to be a 10 hour job for the 4-man crew, plus a wood fence partial removal/rebuild that was another day's work. Most other companies I've dealt make the customer pay for their mistakes, stating their quotes are an estimate, and I need to pay actual. Not Boutte. They admitted the mistake was theirs, and used it as an internal training opportunity.

The crew and the owner's primary concern didn't waiver: customer satisfaction, do the job right. Absolutely fantastic experience. Thank you Boutte!!

We were very happy with every aspect of the work Boutte did for us in removing 2 huge oak trees (6 foot at base).

They diagnosed the problem precisely, documented it in detail, worked with the city to get the necessary permits, arrived as scheduled; cut down the trees using cranes to remove all branches and trunk sections so no damage to our yard; removal of wood was speedy; price was very reasonable; and both owners and staff paid attention to our specific concerns and were lovely to work with.

Outstanding job - recommend Boutte highly.

We are definitely pleased with the overall service of Boutte Tree, Inc. We had a huge tree in which the job was more complicated than initially anticipated. So I would like to be honest. We did not get the job completed in the estimated time frame because it took much longer than initially estimated but what we did get was more important; We received an estimation of a price that did not change unless we requested additional services, we received communication as to why the job could not be completed at a specified time and we did NOT get hounded for any payment until the job was complete. The test of a great company is not when everything goes perfect but when you have differences and how they are handled. Boutte is first class in great companies and professionalism. I would highly recommend doing service with them for all of your Tree needs if you want dependable, reputable and true professionals.
