Thank you! We enjoyed working hard all day! :)
I rarely take the time to write a review. However, I'm happy to take the time to recommend Boutte Tree. They are hands down true tree professionals from start to finish. I met Tyler the arborist during the initial estimate. He's very knowledgable and really knew what needed to be done to care for the tree. The office staff was just great in setting up the appointment for the job to be completed. Finally, the execution of the job was very well done by the crew. These folks know what they are doing, are honest, and just great to work with. Hire them without any hesitation! You will not regret it.

Thank you so much for the very nice review! I will be sharing this with our workers and letting them know how much hard work and customer service means to our customers! Thank you for choosing our company and allowing us to care for your trees - the largest living things on your property!! - Jessa Boutte
We moved into a new home with a yard that suffered years of overgrowth and neglect. Mark gave us a great quote (and some free advice) and Donyas and his crew did the work. From start to finish it was a professional and pleasant experience. We will absolutely come back to Boutte for future work.

Thank you so much for the positive feedback Ms. Hughes! We really enjoyed the opportunity to serve you!!
Boutte came to my house to provide me with an estimate. They were to email it to me that same night. Never got the estimate. Called to follow-up and was told someone would call me back with the estimate. Never got a call back much less an estimate. Boutte will never get my business and certainly never get a referral from me.

Hi Mr. Gates, We are a little bit confused about your post as we have an email record of sending you your proposal Thursday, June 13, 2013 11:31 PM. I have called you and left you a voice message about this as well. We certainly take your criticism very seriously and want to treat all of our customers with the highest possible level of customer service. However, given that we have a record of having provided you with the proposal (which by the way was a great deal!!) we do not feel that your criticism is founded. Please call me on my cell phone to talk about how we can make you a satisfied customer! - Jessa Boutte 404-978-5557. UPDATE: Upon further research after receiving an email from this customer, we realize that we had been emailing him at a .com when he is in fact at a .net. So therein lies the problem. Hopefully you can be forgiving in this circumstance Mr. Gates, we certainly did not intend to not send you your proposal. Thank you.
We contacted Boutte Tree to help us with two sickly trees in our yard. They came out, diagnosed the issue and developed a plan to try to save the trees. They are prompt, courteous, and offer concise, professional opinions. They also do exactly what they say they will do when they say it will be done. We have been very pleased with their services and will continue to use them for all of our tree needs.

Wow thank you Riverside09! You are fantastic folks to work for, and we appreciate the positive feedback! Thank you so much.
I hired Boutte to prune a tree that was leaning considerably over a cottage on a rental property. I sent them a photograph of the tree in question, leaving absolutely no room for error. I gave them very specific instructions about the tree location, the way to access it, gave them the phone number of the neighbor to gain access to her driveway for the removal (the only possible way to reach the tree). They ignored all of my instructions and failed to give the photograph to the estimator and for $750.00, they worked on the wrong tree. I signed a contract that I believed was written based on all of the detailed information that I'd given them, including the photograph of the tree in question. Unaware to me, the document that I signed was not based on any of that information. If the contract had begun with, "Ignoring all of the details and information that you provided us, we are asking you to sign the following contract..." I would have never signed it. When I protested, they threatened a lien on the property until the bill was paid. If I didn't live on the west coast, I would have filed a lawsuit against them. Instead, I paid 50% of the invoice and sought another company to do the work that I'd contracted them to do. I thought that their bid, being the highest of the four that I'd received, meant a greater level of professionalism. I was grossly mistaken.

We are sorry that things did not go well! It is true that we pruned the wrong tree for Kevin. This house has 2 trees which were resting on the house and we didn't realize that only one of the trees was Kevin's priority! Whenever we send a proposal for work we always provide a clear proposal with a map and a numbering system so that the intended work is very clear. Kevin signed his contract and we performed the work - but it turns out he didn't carefully read the contract and our arborist had indeed specified the first tree! (we did get the photo but unfortunately it wasn't helpful in this case)
Kevin was rightfully upset about this so even though he had overlooked the details of the proposal we sent him we offered 50% off. Kevin felt that we should have done more - we're sorry but we think 50% off is very fair.
this was the 3rdm or 4th time we've used them which should speak for itself. They've done everything from taking down trees to helping save a huge beautiful oak by installing some gadget (for lack of better term) which saved us thousands of dollars. Tierson is extremely knowledgeable and talented in his ability to visual how to beautify a yard with the addition or pruning of trees. His staff is courteous, efficient, and very qualified which is what you want when they are hundreds of feet off the ground. The value and expertise they bring is far better than companies we considered before discovering them.

I contracted with Boutte Tree to remove a large, dead pine tree. Advance consultation with arborist was informative and useful with regard to this and other trees in my yard. Price was reasonable. Work was done promptly. Crew was courteous and worked efficiently. Overall, I was very pleased with the work they did and would use their service again.

Tierson and his colleagus at Boutte Tree are consistently excellent. We have used their services many times over the past eight years, primarily tree removal and pruning. They are competent and professional and always go a little above and beyond, especially in their cleanup. Fairly priced, they are the "easy button" you should push whenever you need help with your trees.

Everything about the customer service experience with Boutte Tree was positive - from the person who came out to prepare the quote, to the invoicing process, everything was handled very professionally. I had numerous questions (having never used a tree service before) and the folks at Boutte were helpful, patient, courteous, and personable. Most importantly, the job they did in trimming several trees in my front yard was exceptional. The crew really knew what they were doing and the results look great! I definitely plan to use Boutte again in the future (I have more trees that need work in my back yard), and would highly recommend them to others needing tree work.

Mark came out and evaluated my trees. Saved me about $1500 because most of the trees were healthy and did not have to be removed. A different company said these same trees were infested with pine beetles and had to come down. It's nice to know there are still honest people and companies out there. Their prices are very competitive and customer service is excellent.

Just had Boutte Tree over to remove four trees. One was dead and leaning towards the house. I have never met a more dedicated group of people. Very professional and courteous. They removed the trees quickly and then cleaned up where you couldn't even tell they were there. They even blew the roof off to remove the saw dust. Great experience. Thanks Guy for a job well done! I would highly recommend this company. Exceeded my expectations.
