Your wait time should not be over an hour for post op. I still have not been seen for 90 day checkup
I visited this office for a lipo consulation. I was pumped and ready to have procedure. Later, I emailed to cancel appointment and never returned. I now find my credit report has me in default... of a $1000 deposit. After several calls, I was told to email and request a refund. After emailing, I received a call that it will take up to 90 days to receive the refund, but there will be a $600 administrative fee withheld. Representative says "I KNOW I explain everything clearly to everyone. Horrible. Horrible. HORRIBLE!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I was referred to Dr Boutte by a friend after consultation I made an appointment. I paid my deposit and week before the treatment I knew i had to cancel. I called repeatedly on the Friday before with no answer I assumed that it was due to it being a holiday weekend. I waited until Tuesday morning the day after the holiday and tried again still not getting a response I decided to call the spa to see if I could get in that way well the girl at the spa assured me she would give a message and I would recieve a call back when I didn't receive a call back I called again on Wed with the same response by now I am really concerned I finally got through to a voicemail and left a message giving all of my contact information. Thursday morning I called back because yep you guessed it still no response my appointment was scheduled for the next day so I was desperate and called at 8:00am only to be told by the answering maching that I was calling after hours after trying for an hour I finally got and answer and was told I could cancel but it would take 90 days to get my money refunded. Then to add insult to injury I was transfered to someone else only to be told that I had never called and never left a message and since it was 24 hrs before the appointment I couldn't get my deposit back. I was told I should have sent an email. Who cancels via email, apparently the same RUDE money hungry people working at this establishment. DO NOT USE these people it is all about the MONEY!!

I cannot believe that I didn't read these reviews first. Do not go here!!! I am an RN so you can trust me on this one. I walked out yesterday, got my co-pay returned and I will not be back. I have been to this office on 4 occasions. I had a bad feeling on the first visit... I should have trusted my instincts. I guess my first tip off was when one of the idiot docs tried to tell me that a MOLE on my sons face that he had/had since he was a baby was a "sun spot..." I took him elsewhere... and got it removed. They wanted to let the "assistant" do it. I could go on and on and one but i am limited to 250 words. If you want something basic... go ahead, take your chances but dont say we didn't warn you on here....

I went to Dr. B's office because I thought it was great to have a woman of color that seemed to have herself totally together. Unfortunately, she only has herself together on paper. I don't even feel like explaining the horrible service I received, and to make matters worst I called to express my dissatisfaction and was ignored. I suggest you not go to her for any service because after going there twice, I have since found a dermatologist that is very knowlegible and the service is excellent. Please, don't waste your time or money going to this office.

My daughter went to Dr.B several years ago. We had insurance then and have insurance now (same). I received a bill, I called the insurance company. They said it was not filed in a timely manner (6 mons). They called her office and said per their contract I was not responsible. Why am I now getting bills for this office with 20.00+ late fees attached. If she hired the right people. This would have been taken care of long ago. Also I have never been to this office and been seen in less that 2 hrs.

I should've listened to the reviews. My PCP referred me to Dr. B's office. I went to see the doc abt a scalp issue. When I made my appt they were very friendly but I never received my initial email which can happen. When I get to the office the receptionist is popping gum. I had to go back out because they did not have change for a $20. Then I wait another hour to go to the back. On my paperwork I write in bold letters I'm allergic to SULFA. When the nurse comes back and talks to me after 30 minutes of being in the back room I also tell her I'm allergic to SULFA. So after another hour the PA comes in looking like she is on something. she asks what type of soap do I use told me to stop using that and then walks about(about 25 secs.)out. Then the nurse comes in about 20 mins later hands me a bag and says that my prescriptions are in the bag...I have a confused look on my face and tears start coming to my eyes because I'm just in such disbelief. So she asks if she explained anything to you and I say no. It goes even more downhill from there. The PA comes back in after about 30 more mins and starts talking about yeast infections. then she takes my phone out of my hand and puts it on the table and starts talking about her friend always being on her phone. She then tells me what to do with the meds and not once looks at my scalp. I'm trying to get out of there. So the next day(today) I pull the prescriptions out of the bag and SULFA is in the name of one of the meds!!

Sorry for all the bad experiences. But I had smartlipo for the abdomen and love handles on 12/16/2011 at Lilburn office. I had a large stomach pooch that prevented me from wearing pretty panties and even showed through jeans. Dr. Boutte was very friendly and reassuring. During my procedure she and Nurse Lee were professional and caring and took the time to explain everything. Dr. Boutte talked to me all through the procedure. The next day, I kept vomiting. Nurse Lee called me 3 times and told me to eat because my body lost a lot of fluid during the SmartLipo and was looking for nourishment. She told me to call her if I needed her and this was the weekend before Christmas. She cared enough to make herself available even during the holidays. I ate regular meals, instead of the soup I was trying to eat, I felt much better. The pain was not very bad after the third day. I was up at the mall the following Monday to get my husband his Christmas gift. I saw Dr. Boutte that Wednesday, 12/21/2011 to get my Juvederm injections for my eyes. I was excited to be wearing my daughter’s size 8 denim skirt after just 5 days. I am normally a size 12 with a 35 inch waist! I could not wait to show Nurse Lee and Dr. Boutte my results. They rejoiced with me. The staff even rushed to help me when my sugar levels dropped as I was leaving the office. Marie

I decided to visit Dr. Boutte's office after reading about her background experience & biography. However, I wished I would have read the reviews first. Upon entering the office & signing in, I was not greeted by the front office staff. The wait was approxiametly 2 hrs before I was even called back (so much for first impressions). Once I arrived, I was told that I would be seen by the practicioner as opposed to the doctor. After examining my condition, the practicioner diagnosed it as "eczema" & an allergic reaction. I was given a prescription for medicated cream. I expressed the results of my last visit, symptons & concerns of how I felt that it was more. I was told the doctor was unavailable & was again told to use the cream & to schedule another follow up for four weeks. Upon using the "prescribed" medication, the condition quickly worsened. I immediately went to visit a different dermatologist for a second opinion & skin graphic evaluation. As expected, my condition was not eczema, but something much worse. The new compotent dermatologist also expressed that the prior medication (prescribed by Dr. Boutte's office) had worsen the condition in addition to providing no treatment. As a result, I now had to take 2 different medications: 1)to treat the condition & 2)to reverse the effects that the 1st medication caused. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. BOUTTE'S SERVICES!!!!!!!!!

I have read many of the reviews on this website concerning this doctor. I did call the office and asked about some of the concerns. The lady who took the call was pleasant, she did say the wait time would be about an hour. Because of that and the reviews posted I choose not to give her my business. Thanks again for the reviews. I did not want to take a chance at experiencing a long wait and rude and bad customer service.

I gave Dr. Boutte several trys before I formed an opinion about her office. Final Review- AWFUL!! The wait time is ridiculous and the service is sub par to say the least. The front staff is "ghetto" and at the last minute I was told to see a PA even though I specfically made an appointment with Dr. Boutte herself because I have a very serious skin condition. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

I usually do not write reviews, but I a so feed up with this office. I waited 2 1/2 hrs for service and received 10mins of time with her and very very expensive medication. One of the medications broke me out and I went back to her in 3 days and I had to wait 1 1/2hr and they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay another copay just for them to see why I broke out using their medication. Very unprofessional service and they do not care at all about the patient only the money and since we continue to go to her she does not care what we say because her waiting room is full every day.

Money is not an option for me; however, customer service is. I arrived to my 11:50 appointment at 11:40 and after 12:45 I'd yet to see the Dr. Boutte. When I requested a refund, no one cared to ask why. No one thought to inform me Dr. Boutte was behind in schedule (a full hr behind). This was the worse Derm visit i've ever had. Please do not try the spa either. The service is bootleg. They charged me $175 for a 7 minute service that had my face burning 3 days.

Dr Boutte is NOT a good dermatologist! As the other reviews suggest she does not care to get to the root of the problem and to make matters worse her staff is hostile. The wait time is ridiculous 2 plus hours in the decatur location. If she indicates to her staff that she does not like you, her staff will give attitude and treat you horribly. Don't waste your money OR your time. On a scale of 1-10 she is a minus 5!!! She really is very basic in her medical practice. If you have something mildly complicated she'll throw random drugs at you.

Basically unprofessional. Windell not a good dermatologist. The decatur office is sub par with a long wait time. It has been a number of years since my last visit (with reason) but the attitude of her staff was negative and basically bad!!
