Not so fabulous Bow wow meow, 5/31/2008

I recently moved to the area from out of state. I was impressed with the low cost and the cleanliness of the facility. I have a large dog who is extremely gentle and animal friendly (we have 2 cats... and a bunny at home who he plays with). I left him for a week while on vacation and called 3 times to check up on my baby. Each call I was told he was doing great. When I picked him up, they said he was a perfect house guest. The second I got him home he was very depressed. I went to the store and crated him. When I got back there was an "explosion" all over the floor and walls. I took him right back to the vet. This is when they told me he was very stressed the entire time he was there and didn't eat well and so on. I feel I should have been giving this info when I picked him up! They acted like he was a monster when I took him back and mussled him. My dog has never had a mussle on his face. I got the feeling they didn't like my breed of dog (from their comments about "large breeds tendencies"), which in turn, they have lost a customer!
