we just went to this doctor out of urgency coz a tissue got lodged inside our 2.5 yr. old daughter's nose for several days already and is starting to smell bad, and sad to say,we were truly disappointed with the kind of service we got from him. in fairness to the staff, they were pretty ok especially to the lady who did the pressure test on my daughter's ears. she was patient and tried to distract my distraught daughter while undergoing the pressure test. we waited for 1.5 hours to get in and we were shocked on how rude the doctor was. he wasn't smiling at all and no compassion and simply asked why my daughter was 'like that' instantaneously with a frown on his face. he tried to check inside my daughter's nose for about 5 seconds and said he didn't see anything. he went outside and when he came back recommended us to go back for another week for a surgery?! guess what? my husband and i got challenged and was able to dislodged the piece of tissue out from my daughter's nose with the use of a pair of twissor (the one that came with a computer tool box that you can buy from electronics stores, it's really slim and long but a bit rounded on the tip) i hope this gets published for i believed this happened to us for a reason - to be able to help those people trying to find a good and compassionate doctor that addresses their health needs by reading reviews and recommendations from real people using this type of medium. thank you kudzu!
