Poor quality, took way too long
Clark in the office was helpful despite having to send my truck back three different times to get the repairs right and two weeks down time for what seemed to be very little damage. State farm insurance referred me there but I doubt they will be recommended for long.

99 % Customer Satisfaction
The bad review "Never Go Back" is probably written by an employee that was let go. Brad's Collision maintains a 99 % customer satisfaction rating. If this is an actual review from a customer please contact the shop, as we are unaware of any problem like this.

WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
I took my vehicle here to have some hail damage repaired, some other spots on my car to be repaired,rock chips and paint peeling.there paint bubbled, they didnt remove parts off the car that they said they would.didnt fix all rock chips. It took them 1 month to do these small repairs. On top of all that my they didnt plug back in some electrical part.when they buffed out the paint I had white powder all over the car. It was the worst experience I have ever delt with!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS BODY SHOP!!!! if you go there be prepared to get a crappy job and have your car gone forever and pay a high price for your repairs.

Some of the best work in the valley
He's been around for quite a while and keeps a great reputation. I trust his integrity and have always been pleased with the quality of his work. His prices are very competitive also.

Good work
Brads has repaired two of my vehicles. In both situations my cars were done in the time frame promised, my insurance company approved of the service and I haven't had any problems with my vehicles.
