Brake Masters-Craig Rd

I took my car to brake masters to have new front brakes installed. They told me the pads were under warranty and would be free since I had them installed there last year. I only had to pay for the labor ($89/hour).I left my car there and received a call a while later saying that they were charging me $247 for the brake job!!!! They said the car needed new rotors as well ($80)and there was a charge for the "hardware" they also had to install.My friend in CA.who is a master mechanic, said "They are over charging you!!" Rotors cost $60 and the hardware they're talking about is totally unecessary. They are padding the bill! I went directly across the street to Fabulous Freddy's gas station and had the job done for $230 (I did have to pay for the brake pads) but this job included a free $20 car wash so I really only paid $210.If I were you I would get a 2nd opinion before letting them do work on your car! or call an auto-parts shop first and find out the REAL cost of parts, be an informed consumer!

I could not have been more impressed with this company. The prices were reasonable, the service was excellent and speedy, and best of the all, the customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend Brake Masters for any of your brake needs.

Brake Masters was the best company I have dealt with in town with no headaches or hassles. The staff was excellent and the repair was complete the same day!

Great brake service! These guys really know what they are doing. They give fast, professional service. The shop is well maintained and very clean.
