I took my dog her for a year and a half, and my cats for over 3 years. I was OK with Dr. Jennings, and liked the staff. Recently, they had an outbreak of kennel cough, which my dog contracted while in daycare there. These things happen, and they did not charge me for office visits regarding this, "just" for the 3 meds I needed. However, they assured me my cats absolutely couldn't get sick from this, so I did not separate them from my dog. Short version is BOTH cats got sick, they argued it had nothing to do with my dog despite what I've read and what their new vet told me. Let b/c I no longer felt confident they knew what was best for my animals, they were rude, and I thought perhaps they just didn't want to admit that all 3 of my pets get sick b/c of them. Now that I've taken pets to new vet, I'm amazed I stayed so long w/vet I was "OK" with. New vet is SO great.

The doctors we (my dog and I) have seen have been very patient, friendly and professional. They fixed an agggravated hematoma like it was nothing. They regularly remind us about shots. Their fees are reasonable, and they're great for boarding in a pinch too. I'd like to see more interior upgrades, but we love the place. My dog does not shy away, even after receiving stitches!
