I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance for a bridal gown. The day before the appointment, I again called the store to confirm my appointment. The appointment was confirmed by telephone on two separate occasions. The day of the appointment, I drove from downtown for my scheduled appointment. Upon walking in, no one was to be found. After several minutes of searching for a person, an extremely confused looking woman appeared. I informed her that I had an appointment. She looked at her computer and called me the wrong named 4 separate times. I corrected her each time. She stated that there was an appointment in her system, but that the person whom I had the appointment with was not scheduled to be at work that day. After another 5 minutes of going back and forth, I was told by a second woman that I could meet with someone else, but I would have to come back later in the afternoon because that person was not yet at work either. The second woman was extremely rude and her tone of voice gave the impression that I was an inconvenience. I am not really sure what the rude lady's job is at the store, as she just sat in the chair fiddling with things barely taking the time to look at me or my family. Their inability to schedule and keep an appointment along with the second lady's attitude made it easy to walk back out the door.

Wow. I am quite late shopping for a MOB dress due to several unexpected circumstances, so I know my options are limited. That said, I stopped in to their location at the Avenue at East Cobb and was hopeful as I entered the store, as it was obvious they had a nice selection. But it stopped there. I had to get the attention of the very obviously disinterested receptionist. I stated what I was looking for, she waved her arm in the direction of the MOB dresses, and never made any attempt to assist me or to find someone who could. I looked through the dresses for about 15 minutes but no one ever showed to ask if they could help me. I was even willing to give them a second chance - and I may yet - but after reading reviews here and elsewhere I'm thinking I probably shouldn't waste my time. If it wasn't so close to my house I'd not even consider it.

I was very suprised to ready such negative reviews. I have been in the store twice.. once for myh daughter's wedding gown and again for my mother of the bride gown. Both times service was exceptional from the sweetest girl Brittany. Highly recommend!!!

I ordered my wedding ress via phone as this store was one of the one's listed as a registered retailer for Maggie Sottero. I had not gone into the store till I came to try the dress on. The manager was quite rude and wanted me to pay up and take my dress even though my wedding was 8 months away and I was from out of town!! The only good thing about this store is the sales assistant-Sasha. She was great and extremely helpful. She is the only reason I would ever go back there. Thanks Sasha.

The only reason they get 2 stars is because they DO have a decent selection. Unfortunately I first went here 6 years ago and the service is very poor. Sad to say it has gotten even worse. No help at all, dresses crammed together and dirty. Very rude.

Bravura was recommended to me for bridal accessories and bridesmaids gifts. I entered the store and was greeted soon after my arrival. The staff was eager to help me find what I needed and when they didn't have the exact color to match my gown, she gave me some samples to take to a nearby fabric store so I could purchase matching fabric. They were willing to make the items for me, I just didn't have enough time (<1 week)prior to my event. I would visit Bravura for any future formal or party dress needs!

I came to this store to look at their bridal dress selection on a Monday. I was not greeted when I walked in the store. 15 minutes later one of the sales associates acutally noticed I was looking at Bridal dresses. They put my selections into a fittinf room and then didn't check back for another 10 min. I stood their needing to b e laced in my dress for what seemed like 4-ever. The ladies were too busy arguing with one another about a miss ordered dress ( no customer present) to even help me. The dress I wanted was 20 dollars cheaper but I would never consider buying it because of their lack of customer service. Don't shop here if you'd like to actually feel like a customer instead of a nuisance!
