Wish I had found these reviews before punishing myself with this practice. doctor Bray was great but everyone else sucked. Rude, unreliable information, secretary actually told me to stop taking meds (anti depressant) immediately then scheduled me for a ten day later appointment with the NP! Good thing I talked with Pharmacist. Sent me to ER. Wish there was a rating lower than one star. They would get it!

Dr Bray seems kind and competent, and I like the cat!The need for frequent office visits for BP medication seems excessive, as I monitor my BP regularly and know when something is awry. It feels more like the office needs the billing, and I have a high copay.Followup is haphazard - it can take days to get a reply, and then action on the request can take a few more days. The office manager nearly yelled at me once, saying a prescription was mailed on a certain date. When it finally arrived, it was postmarked a week later.

Dr. Bray is great as long as you're OK with never actually SEEING her, and relying solely on her revolving door of PA's instead. Her office staff is extremely rude. You will not get phone calls returned, and if you have a billing issue - forget about it. If you want a doctor who will call in a prescription for you without ever setting eyes on you though, this is your woman. Just call in the nurses line, tell them what you want, and they'll call it in to your pharmacy. No need to even see the doctor!!

How many doctor's offices have you been to where the front office staff is always chipper, pert, and more than willing to accommodate some patient's ridiculous requests? Not many - my point exactly.
The care you'll receive at Dr. Bray's office is second to none, but you have to accept that the front office staff is a little rough around the edges - the way most doctor's office staff are.
However, Dr. Bray and her new nurse practitioner are excellent. You can expect a bit of time in the waiting room to see either of them, but you'll be given more than ample time once you're in the room with the provider. They both truly care about their patients, are willing to take the time to listen, time to provide answers to the questions you have, and provide a thorough exam as well. They also do everything they can to provide you with samples and discounts coupons for prescriptions that might otherwise be outside of your price range - important in these tough times!
Also, the office has a homey feel to it and it helps to settle me down - I get really nervous in doctor's offices.
In summary, once you get through 'the gate-keepers', you'll get amazing, compassionate care.

and you'll find a wonderful doctor who listens takes as much time as you need and seems to genuinely care. I love Dr. Bray. Her staff however are snarly. Woe unto you if you call back a second time with an urgent concern.
