We have been using Breda for 3 years and have always been satisfied, however, today a new technician, Jim, came out and was more thorough and took his time to address every concern! I was very impressed! Thank you, Jim. I will request you every time!

Jim called to say he was in traffic and arriving later than appointment time. I appreciated Jim doing this professional action, and he performed pest management services extremely well. Explained his actions of pest control management in cordial manner.

Reading reviews online has become quite comical these days. Trying to read between the legit reviews and the reviews posted by competitors can be challenging. Luckily, I've been with Breda since 1996 and they service my home for Pest, Wildlife, Termite and Mosquito and I couldn't be happier. I get to see the same guys every year. Every time I call into the office I get to talk to the same people. That doesn't go on everywhere, you know. The guarantees are simple. If you have any issues, they come back out, no charge. No hassle, just pick up the phone and call them. How refreshing. Thanks to the owners at Breda as well.....I've known the Breda's for 30 years and they take pride in their company name.
Quarterly Pest Control - call when I need and any issues is treated at no charge. Wildlife - I had stinkin' squirrels in my attic. Not anymore. Lifetime warranty. REFRESHING. Termite - proactive termite treatment, never had any issues and have a repair warranty. Mosquito - I use them religiously in mosquito season. How nice to have your yard to yourself. It won't let me change the date before 2007. My projects started in 1996. Probably before this website started.

The Breda team came to my house because I heard noises in my ceiling. They inspected the attic and found nothing. They could have said the droppings in the attic were mice, but insisted they were roach droppings. How nice to have a company with honesty. We started pest control today and they earned a lifelong client by being honest. Older houses do make noises or it could be my hearing not working well these days.
We hired Breda 10 years ago because they sold us on their "family friendly business". When Breda first started servicing our house, they were great. Once we developed a problem , the service changed dramatically.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our company. We take great pride in our family business and we're here to help whenever there is an issue. We do not charge for follow-up visits and always work with our clients when there is an issue. Please feel free to email me to discuss BredaPest@gmail.com.
I think the greatest thing that separates our family-owned company is not that we are immune to mistakes, but our ability to recognize the mistake and make the issue correct. Being a family-owned company since 1975 and being involved everyday in every decision is what separates our family-owned company. Because at the end of the day it is our family name in the company and we take great pride in that.
We had a problem with flying squirrels in our attic, so we decided to use Breda to seal the attic and remove the squirrels. They came out in October 2015 and ‘sealed' the attic and set a number of traps. We continued to hear the squirrels in the attic for several weeks, but none would ever appear in the traps. We told Breda that we could still hear the squirrels, and they told me that what I was hearing was on the roof - certainly not IN the attic because they had ‘sealed' it off. They assured us that nothing could be in there. Finally, MY HUSBAND went to the attic and moved the traps to where we were hearing the sounds. He founds LOTS of droppings and a we got a squirrel in the trap that night. It wasn't until my husband caught a squirrel in the trap that they even believed that we still had a squirrel problem. They did send a team out to retrieve the squirrel and caught a few more within the next few days. They also checked the ‘seal' and assured us it has been taken care of. This process has taken place over the last few months. It is now April 2016, and we have been hearing sounds in our attic one again. My husband went to investigate and we have ANOTHER squirrel in a trap. So much for their ‘seal'. We paid THOUSANDS of dollars for them to seal our attic and prevent additional rodents from entering our home. It obviously hasn't worked.

I'm happy to hear we're coming out next Wednesday for a complete follow-through. Let's start over and get this right. Flying squirrels are, without a doubt, the toughest wildlife creature to deal with in attics. Not passing the buck here because we love every challenge, but they are a unique challenge. Now, we do not back away from our clients nor nickel and dime them with up-charges. You are under your warranty and everything is covered. You hired us to rid your home of these creatures and that's what you want and that's what you deserve. Thanks for bringing this to our attention but even bigger thumbs up for letting us make this right for you. Hope we earn your trust back very soon.
I saw what I thought was water damage in our half bath, turned out to be termites. Saw the great reviews for Breda and decided to call. They came out same day to do an inspection. Rick was my consultant. He saw my distress and calmed my fears instead of playing off them like some companies. He was professional, polite, and down to earth. He explained what he was seeing, what options we had, what Breda could do for us, and Breda's technologies and warranties. I had done some research so I had a ballpark figure and Breda was below that with a fair/reasonable price. Jeremiah and Jose came out today to do our treatment. They were early and were very professional with Breda's logo prominently displayed on their outfits. Jeremiah explained what they would be doing to treat the outside of the house. He needed to see the extent of the damage in the half bath but that required messing up the hardwood floor. He asked if I was replacing the floor, molding, etc. I liked that he didn't just go all destructo without asking. Once he assessed the situation, he explained what next steps were. He educated me on how termites feed, etc. He told me that they would schedule a 30 day follow up to make sure they were gone. They cleaned everything up inside and even put the dirt back over the areas they had dug. Extremely respectful of your house and property.

I had a squirrel problem, and I chose Breda because of all the good reviews. For the initial estimate visit, they sent a smooth talking sales man with his fancy thermal sensing equipment to show me that I had a critter (thanks Sherlock, that's why I called you guys). He sold "flashing" to me. I bought it, because I really didn't have a basis to doubt them. Then another crew came out, hammered all this metal stuff on my house that will probably rust eventually, and it did nothing for my squirrel problem. It came with a useless 1 year warranty. Every time I heard critter activity, they would send someone to climb on a ladder and set a plastic mouse trap, that the squirrel would knock off the roof in a day. Funny how none the guys after the sales man came with thermal sensing equipment. After looking into it more, I learned this is potentially a scam. Don't let them profit off your critter control ignorance! PS everyone was nice, but that doesn't excuse the ineffectiveness

I apologize for your issues you have faced, but pardon me for asking, we are unaware of any of our clients having an issue currently. We take great pride in every account and stay on top of every issue. If there is still a problem out at the house, we come back, no charge and address the issues. If additional trapping is required or another entry point is to be sealed, that is included at no additional cost. The metal used along the roofline is galvanized metal that we have custom made that has a lifetime warranty and will never rust. We have many roofers compliment the thickness and gauge of our metal. We stand behind our warranty. If you would care to discuss the account, we are always available to assist. Again, we stand behind our warranty and will return at no cost to address any concerns. We are just a little perplexed since we have no clients currently with outstanding issues.
I have to say, these stink bugs are the worse, I called Breda and started pest control and was very pleased with the Customer service. The person I spoke to went over and beyond to get me in the day I needed ( the only day i was off work ) I plan on being a forever customer as long as they continue to work with my last minute request due to my work schedule. Thanks Breda.

Able to email with the owner, Matt. He is very responsive to requests. Rick did a great job on a termite letter request inspection for a home I am purchasing. Very detailed inspection using IR technology. took the time to walk me through everything he was doing. Would definitely use again.

Darryl C. is an excellent inspector. He is knows the technology and the science of the biology. I saw the imaging.I loved his FLIR infrared and microwave technology equipment. Originally, I called terminix but they didn't even show up. Darrel arrived early for our appointment and was very patient in explaining the techniques used to locate any termite damage as well as the protection Breda would provide with termidor. We were very impressed with the experience that Breda had with dealing with termite protection. He was even able to offer me a fair deal at the end. I feel very satisfied that we were able to find Darrel and Breda to use as our termite protection.

I think these guys have the technology that just plain makes the difference. Great service from everyone I dealt with at Breda. When I buy my next home, they'll be doing the termite inspection......

I had Breda do my Termite treatment the other week. They were very friendly helpful and attentive and allayed all of my concerns regarding the treatment. They also discovered in the process that the previous company had not carried out the Termite treatment properly and did not drill through concrete areas to reach soil to provide the treatment. Full Marks for Breda!

Diatomaceous earth is a remarkable, all-natural product made from tiny fossilized water plants. Diatomaceous Earth is a naturally occurring siliceous sedimentary mineral compound from microscopic skeletal remains of unicellular algae-like plants called diatoms. These plants have been part of the earth's ecology since prehistoric times. It is believed that 30 million years ago the diatoms built up into deep, chalky deposits of diatomite. Green, it's in our nature.
