Breda Pest Management

I used Arrow before Breda, and while Arrow's technicians were polite, nice, and always on time, their methods did not get the job done. Time and time again they would come back (happily), but the bottom line was we were not getting the results we needed. I found Breda through Home Reports, so I knew before calling how reputable they are. After the first treatment I noticed a dramatic decrease in the number of roaches. The degree of infestation I had was not curable with one visit--and we both knew this. Breda has been out about 4 times (2 quarterly, 2 callbacks), and I'm down to seeing maybe 1-2 cockroaches per day. At its worst, when I turned the light on in the kitchen, the counterops and cabinets were MOVING with those German Roaches. So the decrease is actually amazing. I did not think it was possible to control how bad it was, but I have complete faith in Breda's methods. They know what they are doing. I'm now a customer for life.

Not used to scheduling a specific appointment time in today's 'business model.' I was used to scheduling a 'window of arrival' with every company. It was refreshing to have a company schedule an appointment and actually show up exactly when that appointment was scheduled. We had a problem with 'roof rats.' I thought that was just a slang, but I now know that there is actually a rodent called a roof rat. The Breda rep described to me everything that would be done to solve this issue. They began the process immediately, which was very reassuring. When the exclusion team arrived, they went over in detail everything they were going to do that day to close up the openings where these nasty boogers were getting in. I can't remember the names of the two nice men who did the work, but they were so professional and very educated on what they were doing. They scheduled a follow-up appointment right then and there and so far they are staying on top of my situation. It's not a fun thing to have rats living upstairs in your attic, but these guys made sure it was a short term stay and I appreciate everything Breda did for my family. Excellent company from the time I called to the time the technician left. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. Not that I'm telling my neighbors I had rats!

This company has been doing my pest control for many years. I have had the same technician, Glen, for years. Turns out they also do gutter guards and home repair. I was so tired of cleaning the gutter every fall and winter than I FINALLY decided to get gutter guards. I'm one of those people that insist gutter guards aren't worth the money and it's just as easy to clean the gutter out. I forgot one thing, as I get older, the trees get bigger and produce more leaves, I just can't do it anymore! Glen has never pushed me to any other services this company offered. He did tell me I was too old to be climbing ladders though, we had a good laugh about it. He was right and I decided to finally get the guards and boy do they look amazing. They match the color of my gutters and I don't have to climb my rickety old ladder again. When the team arrived to put on my gutter guards, they noticed my poor, old, very worn back deck stairs. I was amazed when I came outside and noticed my deck stairs were fixed. I know Glen was behind it and I wanted to do something to thank him and the crew and he told me to share my experience on Kudzu. I cannot thank Glen and the team enough for what they did. It's tough getting old, but I can't tell enough people about my experience with Glen and company.

Following my earlier complaint, the owner of the company not only responded to my review promptly but also called me to see how the issue could be rectified. That is definitely exemplary customer service. They sent Rodney out the next day, who went above and beyond to locate the origin of the ant problem and correct it from the source. He is truly an expert and an asset to their team. I waited a few days before writing this update to be sure the ants are gone for good and I'm happy to report, they are! I am finally a satisfied customer. I will definitely be using this company again if needed in the future.

I was very impressed by the service provided by Breda Pest Management. I found them through Kudzu and was impressed by their ratings from over 500 customer reviews all with glowing reviews. We recently bought an older home and had issues with squirrels in the attic. I was impressed with the meeting from Rick and he helped to explain the process prior to the work being done.

Dustin and Corey came out today and did a great job on the house. The customer service they provided was top-notch. I was impressed with their work and they went above and beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend Breda to anyone out there and I will be using their service going forward for any of our pest care needs. Great Job Guys!
