We used Breda to rodent proof our house and spent several thousands of dollars. We now have damaged and broken roof shingles where they lifted them too far to slide the new flashing under. Breda refuses to examine the shingles as it has been 11 months since the installation. I sent pictures which clearly show the damage, but they are insisting that 11 months is too long to report the damage. No one else has worked on the flashing. I requested that they come onsite view the damage and replace the handful of damaged shingles and they have refused. I would not recommend this company.

I apologize the situation was not handled very well. I understand Chris was out to your home and assessed the damage and agreed our company will replace the damaged shingles. I hope we can earn your trust back.
We recently used Breda Pest Management for termite treatment and regular service for pests and mosquitos. The inspection was incredibly thorough and informative. The treatment for all purposes was the same. All of the employees were polite, knowledgeable and on time. The prices were very reasonable. We could not be happier. Would recommend (and have) Breda highly.

I interviewed 3 top rated companies for my termite treatment. I was most impressed with Breda not only due to their knowledge of termites, but mostly due to their investment in technologies such as the Infrared camera and Termatrac sensor which helped answer a very important question for me - where are the termites and how far have they gotten. The piece of mind provided by these tools was invaluable. The techs that came out to do the treatment also did a great job.

we had a squirell running around in the kitchen and could not get it out of the house. they sent a technician over immediately and helped us quickly. he then mapped out a plan to find how the squirell got in the house and to prevent a reoccurance. they even offered short term financing. we could not have asked for more. they are great.

I am a new customer for a termite bond. Phone arrangements were a breeze. Salesman/inspector was on time, knowledgeable, & his infrared termite hunting camera quite cool! Price estimate was right on. The 2 man installation team showed up on time at few days later for trenching & concrete drilling. They were in uniform, efficient, cleaned up immaculately, and were also knowledgeable. I have no second thoughts so far about Breda.

This firm was highly recommended to us by a dear friend, and having now used them, I can see why she thought so highly of them. I'm certain we'll be doing business with this group for a long time to come.

With over 16+ years with Breda, Daryl the Sales Consultant and the Termite Installation Team did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Daryl and Breda for your Termite needs!

A two man team treated my house foundation by power injecting "Thermidor." Trenching where there was dirt and drilling through concrete. Clean and efficient work plus they answered all question to my satisfaction.

Great service, called and had termites, they were out by the end of the week for the initial treatment. Great service, rep took off his shoes in the house and then put his shoes back on to go outside.

We have used Breda for our quarterly pest treatment and recently had them complete the termite bond treatment. The service quality, promptness and friendliness of their staff has been great! I would highly recommend them!

First Visit to our Office Complex was fine. Second was a no Show! We let 15 people go home early for this, and had one man stay late waiting for the Exterminator. Not only did we not get service we lost money in labor.

Absolutely unprofessional from our company and not our standards. We are a better company than that. Please accept the gift card as an apology and again let me express how sorry I am for the lack of professionalism from our company.
I have used them multiple times for various family houses, and everything they've done has been well done, timely, punctual and the people are all so pleasant to deal with. They have rodent-proofed 2 houses where squirrels or roof rats had been getting into attics, and mice in crawlspaces. They also do some contruction related work such as re-building the crawlspace access door so it would be a tighter fit. They even did a complimentary spray for earwig bugs that I was worried might be termites, but weren't. They are great people to work with, and so courteous.

We read the reviews about BREDA on kudzu.com after deciding to switch from our former pest control provider who failed to show up for appointments. BREDA staff provided knowledgeable information over the phone and offered what seemed like a fair bid for their services. The service technicians arrived as expected, were professional, discussed in detail what they needed to do and completed the service in a timely manner. We're glad we switched to BREDA!

I had problems with roaches; spiders; and small tiny flying insect around my kitchen. I wanted a one time spray on 6/19/13 since I didn't want contract which the cost was $125.00 within 30 DZ they said I can call again if I see more insect which I did within couple days. Contact them back and they said exactly what will take care of the tiny flyes they will give me 3 small cups to place near the sink n other areas 6/27/13 they dropped it off left it at my front door. I put it just like they told me and flying insect still not gone now I'm left only to pay again for a second time. I believe they never did a great job at the begining. The first person came said it only take 15min to complete the job, he never took the time to spray in every corner or close doors. I really didn't see what he did. Poor job will never use this company again.

Ms. Pitters, all that is needed is to schedule a follow-up visit. We treat cracks and crevices throughout the home; we do not spray baseboards and spray in the open. If the problem still persists, give us a call; we'll come back out. It's that simple.

Diatomaceous earth is a remarkable, all-natural product made from tiny fossilized water plants. Diatomaceous Earth is a naturally occurring siliceous sedimentary mineral compound from microscopic skeletal remains of unicellular algae-like plants called diatoms. These plants have been part of the earth's ecology since prehistoric times. It is believed that 30 million years ago the diatoms built up into deep, chalky deposits of diatomite. Green, it's in our nature.
