I was tired of seeing roaches, spiders, etc. but I did not want pesticide spayed all around the baseboard. I read the excellent reviews of Breda and decided to give them a try. I knew I needed to treat inside but I wanted as little as possible and I wanted green. Breda took care of all my pest control problems immediately. Every time I have been in contact with anyone from Breda, I have been impressed with the great customer service.

I was visited this morning by Darrel from Breda Pest Control. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. This company is competitively priced and seems to have a leg up on their competition with their technology.

We received a quote for termite treatment and signed the papers. The quote is based on gallons used per lineal footage. The men that came out to treat the house said there was a change in the lineal footage and changed it on the paperwork. I called to have our bill adjusted twice and received no return calls. I had to call a third time because no one adjusted the bill. Mitchell refused to credit our bill, which equates to approximately $120 because he said the servicemen should not have changed it. After hanging up on Mitchell, Matt called me back to apologize and very generously resolved the issue. This did demonstrate their commitment and dedication to good customer service. Thank you Matt!

100% not acceptable from our company. This is not how we do business and it isn't obviously how we've gained our reputation. Our company prides itself on doing the right thing and doing what is fair. We will make sure this matter is corrected with the homeowner.
We came back from a fantastic vacation in Puerto Rico and a cruise to realize a month later that we brought home bed bugs!!! My bites were so bad, I had to be put on medication. We called Breda and within 2 days, Alex was at our home assessing the issue and treating the affected area. Alex was amazing. He gave us his personal cell phone number and called and texted to check on the progress. He really cared! Alex returned every couple of weeks to treat and monitor and we are now bed bug free!! We could not have asked for any better service.

I didn't know finding an "uninvited" guest in my home would require so many details. However, Rick Edmond helped me understand how securing my crawl space would keep other intruders out. I really felt like I was making a wise decision as a homeowner by using Breda as opposed to simply buying a trap or two. Jeff and Robert spent several hours securing the multiple open spaces, replacing my crawl space door, sanitizing, adding a moisture barrier, and laying several traps. I really appreciated how personable the guys were and how they even took special care to match my weird bluish/grey paint. I was referred to Breda by a friend and I too recommend Breda. The guys were great!

Breda was recommended by a top home inspector in GA for a home that I was looking at purchasing. Darrel Cunha came out and quickly identified every type of visible pest and bug evidence/remains. He used a State of the Art, Professional Grade Camera (what the military uses) to identify termite and moisture/mold damaged areas behind the walls. Highly recommend! My real estate agent said she had never seen anything like it and will now be recommending Breda on a regular basis! Oh, did I mention that Breda saved me Thousands of Dollars from making a big mistake? Their phone # is 770-466-6700 and Matt was extremely knowledgeable too.

If I was rating on price and customer service, it would be a 5 star review. They are friendly on the phone and in person, and they always show up on time or earlier. They have come back each time I have called. However, after 3 visits in less than 2 months, I still have roaches. Always finding at least 1 disgusting roach a day. I have heard how difficult roaches are difficult to get rid of, but this is not working. Our kitchen is clean, all food is sealed, nothing is ever left out, etc. I have never lived in a house with roaches and this is just really super gross. I can't walk into my kitchen without wondering if a roach will run across the floor. The first time I saw ONE roach, I scheduled an extermination with Breda. House has now been sprayed three times by Breda as well as traps placed. Yesterday was the third (and it seemed most thorough) spray and was promised if I found any more roaches, they would definitely be dead. This morning I found a roach on my stove (ewwww!) and he was definitely ALIVE, moving as fast as ever. I chose Breda based on the reviews here, but now realize that most all of have to do with termites. So if you have termites, go with Breda, apparently they are great! If you have roaches, try something else. I don't know what, maybe burning your house down would work.

The non-repellant products we use on roaches is designed to transfer throughout the colony. Using contact kill products on roaches will simply prolong the treatment. The products we use will not eliminate that roach immediately. 4-6 hours after coming into contact with the product, the roach will die. I would prefer if you would contact us directly so the proper action can be taken to your account.
I met with several termite/pest control vendors. I found Breda to be most professional. Not only did they match others prices but they afforded me a senior discount which made their prices even better. Their representative, Chris Wallace was most helpful and when I made the decision and signed up, he was kind enough to take care of the areas that he found infested. The folks that installed the termite holes, etc were on time, were professional and left no mess. I look forward to the services of Breda over the next 7 years or longer. Initially I am very happy with their professionalism.

GA had a warm winter giving bugs a jump on life this year. With a new baby and wife that is scared of spiders and other bugs, I needed to do something. Breda offers a fair price and "green" pest control. Wife is into organic/natural/green stuff so this worked out for us. Tech arrived early and completed the job as described. Hope this works! Thanks! Update ---- Update Seen more spiders since Breda came to the house. Would not recommend.

They did a fabulous job from the beginning till the end. After submitting a request via web, they called me in one hour. Their termite treatment price for our Church was 30% lower than 3 of the main competitors. Their infrared technology was the best. Their work was awesome. Also, very courteous and respectful. Now they have the contract for my house, both the termite and pest. Thank you Breda Pest!

I recently received termite service. They arrived on time, were courteous and did a great job. After they were done they explained exactly what was done. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and co-workers.

After using another company since 1995 for termite control I decided to call Breda and I am glad I did. Darrel came to my home with his vast knowledge and experience in termite protection. Darrel inspected my home with an infrared camera. It is a good piece of mind knowing for sure there are no termites! I don't know why the other companies don't use the latest technology available to them. Darrel worked with me on my concerns about the treatment and not drilling holes in the ipe flooring in my screened in porch. They treated under the porch and will be able to monitor that part of my home with their technology when they come for the yearly inspection. My previous termite treatment company could not and would not do the same thing because the said they could not adequately inspect the area with just a flashlight! Also my previous company would only offer a 5 year treatment because of my porch and they did not cover Formosan termites. Breda did a 10year treatment for me and they include guarantee against Formosan termites. The gentlemen from Breda that did the Termidor treatment were courteous, timely and professional. They did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend Breda!

Diatomaceous earth is a remarkable, all-natural product made from tiny fossilized water plants. Diatomaceous Earth is a naturally occurring siliceous sedimentary mineral compound from microscopic skeletal remains of unicellular algae-like plants called diatoms. These plants have been part of the earth's ecology since prehistoric times. It is believed that 30 million years ago the diatoms built up into deep, chalky deposits of diatomite. Green, it's in our nature.
