I have been going to Dr. Breton for three years and have switched to a new doctor. Takes forever to get an appt with her and Ms. Turner, the nurse practioner it horrible. She doesn't listen to you, all she does is uh,uh,uh you to death. While Dr. Breton is a good doctor it just takes weeks if not months to see her. Not to mention that they will not call in prescriptions for you after hours even when they are the ones who messed up. I was told a prescription was called in and I went to pick it up pharmacy had no record of it. I tried to call dr office back at 3:55 p.m. to let them know. After talking to after hours answering service, finally I get a call from Ms. Turner and she tells me I need to go to an after hours clinic. I was livid that I would have to spend money when they knew the problem and it was their error that the prescription wasn't called in. At about 5 p.m. I get a call that they will go ahead and call it in. Switched to Dr. Jimmerson and have been very pleased with level of care and service. I can actually see the doctor that day!!

Horrible service. No sign that they care at all.Taco Bell makes you feel more important. I've been in pain for a week now. I have left messages with no call back. Its just a job to these people. You are just a paycheck. Please explore other options.

I agree 100% with Krisariz. She was my doctor for more than a year and I never met her. The staff was the worst ever! On my first appt I saw the nurse practitioner and she said to be sure to make the next appt with the doctor, which I did. When I arrived for my appointment they didn't have me scheduled and I ended up wasting my time again and had to see the nurse practitioner again. They also got my records mixed up with another patient and she received my billing invoices and who knows if I got the correct test results.

This practice is always too busy to help your needs. In different occasions I've needed to see the doctor and end up going elsewhere because they don't have anything available. Usually the nearest appointment is between 1-4 months. To get a referral takes forever, and the office staff always sound annoyed by your calls...that's if they finally take your call after 30 minutes on hold or "accidentally" getting your call disconnected.
