Brian is a reasonable dentist. His staff however is something else. Despite explicit instructions as to how I wanted my insurance handled, they obviously knew better than I did and went ahead and acted on their own. They threw up all kinds of rationalizations, primary vs. secondary, which have a real role in healthcare but which had little to no relevance in my case since I had an expiring policy from one state and a new policy in Ga. Even assuming they had a relevant argument, the concept of coordination of benefite would play a role tp prevent double dipping (which having spent my career in healthcare would be anathema to me). Just goes to show you how little they think of the trustworthiness of their patients. In essence, they pose themselves as the supreme arbiters of right and wrong.

My sons and I have been going to them for 2 years and they have filled places where a cavity might be starting but our past dentist had said just wait until it is a real cavity. So the shallow fillings of non-existant cavities have fallen out twice now. I have paid over a $2000 in one year to have my sons teeth fixed for non-existant work. No wonder they can afford TVs in each booth space.

I've been going to him for 12+ years and have always been happy. The staff is very nice and friendly as well. The office is super clean, and each little room has it's own TV - very comfortable environment.
