I HIGHLY recommend NOT going here EVER!! This was by far THE WORST shopping experience I have ever had. This was supposed to be the best and the happiest experience but the "owner" Jane made it the absolute worst. I would not even wish this bridal salon and Jane's lousy excuse for customer service on my worst enemy. All this lady seems to care about is getting your money. She ruined the experience for me and from what I heard (obviously too late) she has ruined ALOT of other brides' experiences as well. They are superpushy and tell you that "you don't have alot of time" and really put the pressure on. They insult you but do it in a subtle way. I had a baby and she told me that I would never be my pre-baby size again!! She insisted that I order a larger size than I wanted to and when it came in I brought my seamstress in to make sure it could be taken in, she refused to let me try on my already half-paid-for dress. She demanded the second half of payment on the dress FIRST. In fact, she would not even bring my dress out so we could LOOK AT IT until she got payment- that took a battle in itself!!!! That is like a car salesman telling a buyer who already paid for half of the car that he cannot test drive it one last time so his mechanic can see and hear how his purchased car runs. Ridiculous!!!! I suggest you do not go here- take your money, business and happiness elsewhere!!!
