I never write reviews, but Brides Beautiful went above and beyond on our daughter's appointment to find the "yes" dress that I have to give them kudos!! Because our daughter is moving out of the country in less than two weeks, we were under a time crunch. Maureen was our consultant, and she patiently gathered the dresses selected - 15+. She was honest in her review of each gown - looking at my daughter's face and saying "this is nice, but this is not the one". Finally, we mentioned that we wished they had a dress with the top from one designer's dress and the bottom from another designer's dress. Minutes later, Maureen had my daughter in both dresses (at the same time). It allowed us to see how the "imagined dress" would really look. I knew that we had found the dress when I heard my daughter voice from the dressing room, "Oh my God, I love it!" Yes, we bought two dresses that will be altered into one perfect dress. The left over top and bottom will then be transformed into outfits for other occasions: rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, etc. The prices are so reasonable at Brides Beautiful that we were able to stay within our budget, and Maureen and the manager worked with us to make it all possible! Kudos to Brides Beautiful!!!

It started off great and then went downhill from there. The service to find my wedding dress was great; however, finding the bridesmaids dresses is another story. Jennifer was my consultant to find my wedding dress and she was great. She was very attentive, followed my directions, and met my needs. After finding the perfect dress with her assistance, my four bridesmaids and I went to lunch and then came back to hopefully spend more money on four dresses and accessories. You don't need an appointment for bridesmaid's dresses, but you do need patience. There were two employees (Tiffany and Claire) in the section that would rather stand and talk to each other than assist you in finding your size, color, or swatches. I had to nearly beg them to assist me. I went to the front counter twice to see if Jennifer or someone else was available. They suggested I come back during the week. I have two appointments coming soon and I pray that I find something somewhere else so I don't have to spend more money there. Wedding dress assistance - Excellent Bridesmaids dress assistance - Pathetic

Good thing I did not read the negative kudzu's before i went here. I wanted a specific designer (Maggie Sottero) and a specific line (Destinations). They were the closest to my office so I made an appointment. She brought out 3 beautiful dresses which I tried on and loved, then she brought out THE DRESS and after I was poured, pinched and cinched into it, I KNEW it was the one. Unfortunately, my size was backordered until Jan and my wedding was in Dec. They got creative and were able to order me the one size that was available and modify it slightly (ahem) to where it would not only fit, but give me an hourglass look I only though possible from plastic surgery. The alterations were perfect. My dress was delivered on time, as promised and for a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and easy to work with so I have zero complaints. I am a happy bride!

My daughter has already posted her experience. It was not a good one. On three visits there were 3 issues. The last time the reason was obvious. Everytime we went there the staff was new. Lots of communication failures. No one ever called to say the dress or shoes had arrived. The air was thick with tension on the part of the employees. Save yourself a lot of agony and read all the reviews here for a complete picture of what's going on.

We ordered a bridesmaid dress and dyed shoes from here two months ago. We were told to expect it's arrival in 4-6 weeks. This week I stopped by to check to see what the delay might be, and they tell me that bridesmaid dresses take 4-6 MONTHS to arrive. If that's the case, why did they let me order something for a wedding that is 4 months away? They assure me that it'll arrive in time for the wedding, but this is seriously not stress I needed right now. Not happy. Also, it took the woman twenty minutes to even find the order and figure out who I was (how many times do I need to say my full name, tell them I'm the bride, and that I'm checking on the status of my bridesmaid's dress and her name). They also tried to sell me the sample dress off the rack, with huge rips up the back, telling me a seamstress could fix it, and there wouldn't be a discount due to the condition of the dress (unwearable). Update: I went in to pick up the dress and dyed shoes this week, and the shoes weren't dyed! Once again, they assure me that the shoes will arrive in time. I paid the remaining balance on the dress, and they pressured me to pay the balance on the undyed shoes I wasn't taking home!

I bought my wedding dress here in November. It arrived on time (last week). When I went to pick it up, it was in the wrong color. I ordered white, and received ivory. I asked my consultant about it and she told me that I ordered ivory. She told me that she had to call and verify my order, and that I told her I wanted ivory. She did make an attempt over the next 2 days to see if the dress maker had an extra dress in white in my size, but they didn't. The next day I spoke to her and a manager on the phone, they both pretty much called me a liar, blamed the mistake on me, etc. I was VERY upset with their customer service skills and felt like they could care less about me as a customer. I went in the following day to speak to a manager about this. I still wanted the dress (the ivory isn't a true ivory, it's more diamond white, but that is beside the point). I spoke to a different manager and she was very apologetic, blamed the mistake on them (I had accidentally ordered ivory but when they called I changed to white, then they messed up on the order). She gave me $100 off and apologized. I feel ok about the end result, but still very dissatisfied in the customer service until then, and still a little upset that I am stuck with an ivory dress.

Horrible experience with Bride Beautiful. I was promised that my wedding shoes would be in the store within 2 weeks, 5 weeks later I am still waiting with no shoes. The manager was very rude, not helpful, and was arguing with me. I have several co-workers that advised me to stay away but I did not listen to their advice and am now paying for it. Horrible experience.

I went to Bride Beautiful after visiting 3 other bridal salons. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, and they were very busy, but I signed in and was ultimately allowed in the bridal area about 20 minutes later, which was understandable. While waiting, I went outside to make a phone call and there was a girl outside speaking to someone on her phone nearly in tears. She was telling the person on the other end how horrible the people there made her feel because she waited too long to get her dress. I felt pretty bad for her and I didn't think any bride-to-be should be made to feel like that. I was hesitant to continue waiting after that, but I was also now curious... I was greeted by an older woman when time came to pick out dresses to try on, who handed me 3 colored clips, plus one for my mother and another for my mother-in-law to be. She quickly showed us the different areas of the store and I was chastised twice for looking at dresses before she was ready to- a quick glance at any one dress while she was showing us around caused her to quickly correct me that I was not to look yet??). From that point on she was rude, impatient, didn't seem to care about listening to what I was looking for, then practically rushed me out because after the first few I tried I hadn't found "the one." It was an unpleasant experience where I felt rushed and like a number she wanted out of the way. There are FAR better bridal salons that provide much better service.

I went to so many bridal store to try on so many dresses.10 month before wedding, I went to Bride Beautiful to try on some of the dresses. I found my dream dress, which is San Patric who is designer in Spain. The person will bring the each dress you want to try on and she will come in the dressing room with you can help you to put the dress on. I didn't purchase my bridesmaids' dresses there, but they only suggested that they can help me with it and they didn't overly try to sell me or anything. My only complain is it took 7 month to receive the dress and they ordered one size bigger than I ordered. They told me it's only 2 inch difference, but it looked really big on me when I tried it on. They didn't offer to alternate my dress even though that was their mistake and I had to find somebody who can do that. Because of my fabric of the dress and so many beading on it, it end up costing a lot more than I expected... The service before I purchased was great but after wasn't so great.

I had been to at least 4 other bridal shops searching for that perfect wedding gown. I felt so comfortable at Bride Beautiful, both in the store and with my bridal consultant Gail. She helped me pick out the perfect dress and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Bride Beautiful to any brides out there!

you can get the dress for the price you want. what sucks is that they don't give you a nice bag for your dress. just a pink plastic bag. i can spend a $100 on a suit (on sale) at ann taylor and they will give me a nice zip up bag. make sure to ask for it in advance...really ask for everything in advance before you pay. alterations are expensive! they'll tell it's not much...oh yes,it is. you're going to be looking at $250-$300.

I shopped at several stores throughout the ATL area and ended up buying my dress from Bride Beautiful. I wish I had started there, so I would not have wasted weeks of my time at other stores that were either rude, dirty, or just did not have a good selection. The place can be a little crowded on weekends, but the sales people are really helpful and fun. I ended up making an appointment to come back in with my bridesmaids and we picked out their dress in about an hour. They have a lot of dresses to choose from and the prices were lower than what I expected. I def recommend this store and would suggest making an appointment. They say that they are not required, but I would make one anyway just to be safe.
