As a rookie real estate investor a couple of years ago, I was skeptical about dealing with mortgage brokers, as I'd heard many horror stories. However, I was referred to BridgePoint Mortgage, and meeting with them was the best decision I could have ever made! The people there are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and genuinely have the investor's best interest at heart. They walked me through the entire process step by step, and gave me the knowledge that I needed to become a good investor. I have successfully closed many mortgage loans with BridgePoint, and I plan on continuing this wonderful relationship I have with them! Kudos to the guys at BridgePoint Mortgage, LLC! As an investor, I would not shop for loans anywhere else in the Atlanta area. These guys have a great variety of loan products and the means to expedite applications and approvals as required. I have closed one investor loan and am now also reviewing my options on another investment property and my primary property. If you are short on time, need flexibility, and want the best rates, then call Bridgepoint Mortgage today!

BridgePoint treated me with honesty & professionalism in an industry that sometimes lacks both. I ultimately stayed with my current lender to re-fi but Emery Lewis of BridgePoint delivered great service with no pressure to buy. I will definitely be using them in the future.

BridgePoint Mortgage's main focus is their client. As a customer I believe that educating the customer is one of the most important parts of the loan process. I have used and spoken to many mortgage brokers and BridgePoint has by far exceeded my expectations. I refer many of my friends and family to them and they have the same experience. Bridegepoint shows Character in an industy where it is hard to find.

After going through all the paperwork to refinance on my property only to find there was nothing this particular broker/lender could do for me I was happy to find well resourced, knowledgeable and capable staff at Bridgepoint Mortgage. With over fifty lenders at hand, various programs, & and great customer service my options and the level of satisfaction I had with the mortgage/refinance/process increased. I have found an informative future resource which is just what I need on my power team when it comes time to get a hold of that cash!!. I've already referred them to others for home loans/investment property.
