The Medical staff is excellent, caring and through, but the front office staff is the big weakness here. You leave messages and call back several times and no one returns your calls. Also when you call in you frequently get their recording saying office is closed, clearly the office staff does not know how to work their phone systems nor how to do basic customer service. I want to keep going here, but will likely look for alternatives as long as this office staff stays so bad,.

Customer Service is very disappointing. I really wanted to like this practice but I have been disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service and customer care. So much so I am submitting this review. I would be happy if the office staff cared even a tiny bit. It's not acceptable.

I had this appointemnt set up two months in advance. Drove over 50 miles and arrived at appointment time. They had no record and said maybe lost it due to power faliure. They asked the doctor if she would see me and since they all leave at noon on Friday they turned me away. I was there at 9:00 and there was one person in the waiting room. No effort what so ever to help. Bottom line I just did not make up the appointment time with a doctor I have never seen before. Now I will have to wait months to see another neurologist. Worst service by any doctor I have ever been to see.

I would highly recommend Marsha McCormick the nurse practioner that took over my case after Dr. Pearlstien moved. Marsha really listens and takes time to understand and care. She has migraines herself, so she knows firsthand how bad they hurt and how they ruin your day. Thank God for people like her. She told me about "the headache shot" that they offer if you have a migraine that doesn't respond well to medication. I've only had to have "the shot" once, but it was such a relief. I thank God for Marsha and her helpful staff. Would highly recommend to others.

After asking if ins changed, did not say they were no longer in network but saw for 2 visits and charged for full out of pocket; will not return calls for explanation/to set up pmt. Seizure meds running out. Should have given option to transfer to another dr. in network.

This is Dr. Jonathan Peralstein's practice and he is the BEST neuro in the world. I have been seen by darn near every quack you can imagine and Dr. Pearlstein was the first and ONLY doctor to ask me questions and to answer the questions I had!!
