The black and white soup is fantastic. We went there before a show at the Fox and they were really busy, but we got in and out with no problems. I will return.

The fries are good, but always seem to be better when they cater a festival than in the restaurant. Not bad but I could take it or leave it.

these guys have been around for a long time, and know what they are doing. Their jerk chicken has been voited for year as the beat in the city. Salads are fresh and crisp. Food arrives quick with very good service, by a staff that seem like they have been doing this forever.

I love the jerk chicken, cucumber salad, pineapple bread, plaintains, and their black bean soup. Prices are very reasonable.

This review is based upon 4 separate visits, none of which occured during a lunch or dinner rush. Three to the Buckhead location and 1 to the Midtown location. Average wait time from being seated to first acknowledgment by a waiter: 10 minutes. At the Midtown location, our waiter must have left the building because 45 minutes after ordering: no food and no waiter. I would estimate the restaurant was 20% full. When we asked another waiter to check on our order, not only was the order lost, but our waiter was nowhere to be found. Our last and final visit to the Buckhead location, no waiter acknowledged us 15 minutes after seating. Yes, we are polite guests and we do use deodorant. Great service says one reviewer?! I'd recommend visiting a Mom and Pop restaurant on Buford Highway to see how well-motivated owner/managers care for their guests.
