BEWARE!
This place is not what it used to be. The management is constantly turning over with more and more inadequate managers. The last guy wasn't even here a year!
The grounds themselves are manicured. They have landscapers that come once or twice a month. But the unattended kids are trashing this place. The other day there were childrens panties in a bush along the front of the property.
A few days ago I caught an unsupervised child urinating near my stair railing. I have no clue where these kids live so talking to their parents is not possible.
Things are constantly falling apart and they're never fixed.
The main road closest to here is Hwy 99. Hookers walk this stretch of it. So less than 1000 feet from this place there are hookers servicing johns. Not pretty.
Our car has been broken into twice in the past week. The first time to look for valuables to steal, there were none. The 2nd time was to siphon the gas.
My neighbors fight constantly and vacuum at all hours of the night like they're tweekers. A few months ago the police arrested someone from their apartment during a domestic violence dispute.
Save yourself some trouble and money and DONT move here.
