Brite 1 Hour Cleaners Incorporated

I have gone to get several kinds of alteration at this cleaners. The staff was extremely friendly and also gave good advice/

Used to go to this place for years back in the '90's. Moved back to the area, found a coupon and went again. In all ruined two of my sweaters and three expensive mens dress shirts. On four separate occasions (I gave them 4 chances) they either ruined items, left HUGE starch splotches on clothes, or new stains. They reluctantly agreed to redo the stained and splotched items but always with an attitude. Finally, out of frustration when they ruined yet another dress shirt, I took it to another cleaners who tried and tried and could not get the stain out. From day one, the Brite employees had attitude and were just rude. Just didn't have time to deal with it, so went to another dry cleaners. Much better.
