A proper independent cycle repair shop
Eric gets stuff done on-time and in budget, and I haven't had to ever bring something back. I have been to almost every other shop in town, too. If you are upfront about your budget and schedule, you will have no problems. A fine no b.s., professional business.

great shop, great man
I think it is funny that someone said that the owner and the manager were awful, since this is a one man shop. Eric is the most knowledeable guy around when it comes to vintage British bikes, and he is priced fair as well. He is passionate about his work and does a great job. Definitely a character, but once you get to know him, you come to find he is an incredible man.

Good people
If you want a job done with no frills and no BS. Frees is the man to go to. He takes his time with his work to do it right the first time. He's good people and I've never in all my time of dealing with them known the man to ever be a charlatan like some shops in Atlanta.

My take on BIC
Eric is a character but what vintage British bike fanatic isn't. He's a one man show and if you have the time and don't expect the job to be done "today" than you will be happy with his work. I just like the guy and he knows his stuff.
