Every time there is something ells left unclean. They don't move thing (even not things standing on the countertop). I used Brittany Maids for about 1 year. As if planned, the maids that came every 3rd time or so would do a mediocre job. They would forget to mop a room, change the sheets, or change the trash can in... a room or two. When I reported the issue, the manager made excuses and tried to tell me it was my husbands fault for being on the phone while they were cleaning. They didn't return my phone calls in a timely manner and basically dismissed any negative feedback. They also told me 3 bedroom homes cost $105 for cleaning every other week regardless of square footage. Poor business, poor service. Don't recommend!!!!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

We have never had a complaint from this customer the entire time that we have been cleaning. She also recently informed us that since she would be moving, that she would be canceling the service. When I called her to ask her not to expect the teams to take out a 35 lb. bag of cat waste and litter, and carry it down the stairs of the apartment, and then to transport it to the complex's dumpster, she took offense to my polite request. In the first place it was never in our agreement to do so, neither was it "understood" that we would undertake the task. The team was trying to do as the customer requested. However, when they relayed the nature of handling of the cat waste & litter,along with the logistics of the task, it was my decision to ask this customer to not ask them to carry the cat litter out henceforth. Again, politely. I tried to explain my decision and have a reasonable conversation, but as I said, she took offense that I would have the "gall" in fusing to do something that she had added, and was not part of the original agreement to clean.

It is our practice to address any issues, complaints or problems with all haste. We are as appreciative hearing where we can improve, as much as how well we are doing. I do agree that the items listed above should always be part of “finishing” the job for our customers. The “small” things are important too. It’s what separates us from all of the other services out there. Our Client had us clean at least 26 times that year and has stated that a 1/3 of those cleanings (8) were problematic. However, we had no indication from her at all during the entire year that she wasn’t satisfied, until her last cleaning. We may not have gotten back with her within minutes of her call, but we spoke with her well before noon on the day that she called. My Operations Manager listened to her complaints respectfully and with due concern. Kinda like the “Chick-fil-A” video scenario. We all know that “husbands” can be blamed for a lot of things, but we certainly wouldn’t blame her’s for being on the phone while we were cleaning. That makes no sense at all, and my Operations Manager did not make any such remark (I was standing beside her when this call came in). However, she did offer our Client a re-visit, to come and fix any issue that she had, that very day or the next day if that wasn’t convenient. However, our Client just hung up on her. We also cannot in any realistic way charge the same price for all “like” homes, as there are as many variables per house as there are homes. Our Client wanted to reduce her price for all future cleanings by 10% as a punitive action. We did not agree to that. We did sincerely offer to redo whatever wasn’t finished at the last cleaning in a positive, caring, professional manner. However, our Client stayed “vexed” at us and decided to post this skewed version of what transpired. We would have gladly corrected any problem which she pointed out and probably may have found some ourselves which may have needed some improvement as well.
Annette and Uneeka showed up on time (9:00 AM) and did everything that was promised when we set up the appointment. Very professional service, the house was clean, and it was not disruptive having them cleaning the house while I was working in my home office.
Malene and Q-mesha showed up on time and prepared. I happened to be home when they came an immediately noticed how clean all their towels, mops, etc. It is saving me a lot of money not investing in cleaning products. Also saving me a lot of time not cleaning. Also healthier for me because I am not spraying products that could interfer with my respiratory problems.
Annette and Blanche from Brittany Maids cleaned my house from top to bottom and did a wonderful job. They were very conscientious, hardworking, and extremely thorough. I would recommend their service very highly.
Two days ago I received a personal visit from Laurie to assess my needs. Then today, Ebony and Ella thoroughly cleaned my house. They were very professional, friendly, and hard working. I'm very impressed with Brittany Maids and their employees. What a treat!
I have been using Brittany Maids for several years. Everyone that comes to clean is professional and do exceptional work. Carolyn and Doretha just left. My mother-in-law is coming to visit. Thanks to them, she will not be able to find one thing to criticize!
Marina and QMesha have come to clean my house twice now. They do a very thorough job, leaving the place clean, sweet-smelling, and tidy. They even arranged the couch pillows in a new, pleasing manner! Can't believe how hard they work --- never a slow time for them. Great job!
Marina and Mesha did a FANTASTIC job today cleaning my entire house after the contractors finished our basement remodeling job! The dust and dirt created a major cleaning job and these two handled it with swift professional service. I will be using Brittany Maids for bi-weekly service and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a tough cleaning project tackled with ease. They are WONDERFUL!
Cythina and Michele did an excellent job cleaning my house yesterday. They went above and beyond cleaning the hardwood floors my dog messed up when it last rained. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this Company highly. They even give you tips on how to keep things clean in between cleanings.
Tracy and Lillian did an amazing job cleaning my house. I have white rugs in my bathroom that I thought I was going to have to put in the wash--they made them look like new. My family commented that my house looked great. Thank you Brittany Maids!!
Brittany Maids comes regularly to our rescue for about eight years. They are professional, always on time, helpful, motivated and do a great job.
The employees always arrive on time have a smile on your face work together I once had a problem, the supervisor came to watch had not done always there to talk to and are always ready to help
