Thankyou for your review. It shows me how vindictive people can be when they are fired. Your review on Kudzu is falsified and you are not telling the entire truth of your experience. Nor are you revealing your true identity. Intelligent people will always read past this. Thank you for taking the time express your feelings.

I believe Britt J. (the current owner and president of Britton & Associates) unscrupulously takes advantage of his customers and employees. I was happy to pay the nearly $100,000 quoted in our initial landscape and maintenance proposal; however, when the quality of the work fell far below our agreement, Britt demanded an additional $25,000 to do what he had already been paid to do. When company employees agreed the work was not completed as agreed and attempted to honor their initial agreement, Britt would not allow it. In the end I refused to be extorted. Rather than pay Britton & Associates the additional $25,000 demanded to complete the work they had already been paid for, I hired another company who happily cleaned up and repaired the mess Britton & Associates left. And they did it for $5,000.

They did my front yard total redo and I was not happy with the way it looked. I had seen the plan on paper but in real life I did not like the proportions so during installation asked for revisions. Was brushed off. Later had it revised by Southern Botanical who did a great job. Just found out that one whole side of my landscaping including sprinklers is installed on my neighbors property. Don't do business with these people. They don't listen, and argue that you don't know design etc. They also don't stand by their guarantee.

Britton & Associates did a great job on our backyard. They were very professional. The quality of work that we received was better than any other landscape architects that we have used in the past. My wife and I would definitely recommend Britton & Associates for any landscape needs.
