Great Experience
Buying my house in West Highlands was a great experience. I simply don't believe some of these negative reviews, I never had a problem Of course some people may have little problems here or there considering buying/building a house is quite a process, but some of these things are implying eggregious (maybe illegal) activity from an award winning builder, just doesn't add up. I was careful and did my research and actually talked to REAL homeowners (now my neighbors) and am very pleased. Take an online review for what it's worth in that anyone can write anything. If you have your doubts I recommend going and seeing the product and talking to Dahlia (the agent at West Highlands) yourself. The quality is evident and the community is absolutely gorgeous. Me and my wife have been in here 2 years and love it so I just wanted people to see both sides of the story!...

Bad Builder--Good Neighborhood
I love our neighborhood but am displeased with Brock Built. Brock claimed that they fixed multiple issues on the house at the 1 year warranty and at closing but they were temporary fixes. They simply caulked things to cover them up so that we would not know until after the warranty period was over.
Post closing, Jack and the others in the warranty department are atrocious and deny and of the insufficient work completed by their builders.
Our neighbors are great but we are extremely frustrated with Brock's post closing and warranty service. Their service is horrific post closing and they will flat out call you a liar and deny that anything that goes wrong is a result of their actions.

Worst Builder in Town
The only thing cheaper and more worthless than the homes Steve Brock builds is the quality (or lack thereof) of the follow-up service and the absolute refusal to repair any issues under warranty. If you are looking for a home in Atlanta, trust me when I tell you that you are far better off paying a little more for a smaller home in a nicer neighborhood. The construction will be better, you will avoid the hassle of haggling with Brock's incompetent employees and you won't be filling the coffers of a shyster like Steve Brock.

Great Neighborhood feeling
My friend recently purchased a Brock Built Home and I was amazed at the Neighborhood feeling in the Communities.
She loves her home and has had a few items to put on her call back list; hwver they have an email system for warranty work and it seems to work fine. She is very pleased and when I get in the market I will buy a Brock Home

Bought a Brock Built home? , just wait 5-6 Years!
save your money! you will have to rebuild the entire exterior It will fall apart before your eyes! Windows will rot, Bricks and foundation will crack.. you will find everything but your mother buried in the back yard or under the driveway
If you are thinking about a Brock Built Home, I have some advice RUN..RUN..RUN...
