I bought my first home with Brock Built and couldn't be more satisfied. Everyone I worked with, from the agent and designer to the lead builder himself, had my best interest at heart and truly guided me through the daunting first time home buying process. They were (and still are) so patient and gracious with me and responded to all of my questions thoroughly and emails almost immediately. The community is large but I felt as though my home was their top priority. From my bid to my closing, I was helped along the way and everyone remained honest and transparent. I can't say enough great things about the people who really do make buying a Brock Built home an experience to remember. They are the best!!

I purchased my first home just a couple weeks ago with Brock Built in the Atlanta area. It was a fun process customizing the house to my liking with Evanne Brock the owner of the company. She really worked with me and my budget to find things that I liked at an affordable price. She was able to make me feel comfortable about my choices and now that the house is done it looks AMAZING! Dahlia was also easy to work with and was always there to answer any questions that I had. Believe me I had a lot of questions and she was always there to hop on the phone and chat through everything. Buying a house is stressful and hard but Dahlia helped me along the way to make it smooth and easy. Tim the builder also met with me a few times during the building process to show that everything was on track and to answer any questions or concerns that I had about the structure, location of lights or any other issues I saw. There were a few bumps through the process but Dahlia & Tim helped push these items through to ensure everything was set by the time I closed and that I was happy! I am very satisfied with my house and am looking forward to being here for a while!

Excellent service and professionalism by Dahlia @ Brock Built. Dahlia was sincere, friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Just the type of person you need when looking for your new home. She was flexible with timings and availability when I requested to visit the property at the weekend. She gave me her honest view and which helped me making an informative decision. Would definitely recommend.

I just bought my first home in a wonderful Brock Built neighborhood in West Atlanta. Although the task was daunting, the Brock Built family made the process go as seamless as possible. Specifically, Dahlia was super attentive and available. She suffered through countless e-mails with long lists of questions. Some things I should have been able to figure out on my own, but she helped me with a smile on her face. Even once we closed and moved in, on Memorial Day weekend, she was there to help when we needed it. She went above and beyond. Also, Fred, our builder, took into consideration my opinions on the design, even though I was buying a spec home. They went out of their way to help me with some things that are not part of their job (i.e. storing and hanging a giant chandelier in my foyer). I am looking forward to many years in this home and in this community. Thanks Brock Built!

I purchased a BrockBuilt home last winter and it has been a memorable experience right from the moment we walked in to the model home to living in the home for more than 3 months. For a first time home buyer the entire experience was a little overwhelming, but the guidance given by Brock Built was really good. We got to be a part of the design selection and chose most of the exterior and interior for the home. We did experience delay in the construction, but Brock Built kept us informed and accommodated our requests and got our home ready earlier. I would definitely recommend going for Brock Built homes as they do have most of the modern features and throw in upgrades and do not charge extra.

The housing complex will built in multiple phases. The last phase of building was finished over one year ago. Brock Built sent heavy machines throughout the complex that tore up the roads resulting in potholes everywhere. The machines also produced heavy damage to the landscaping resulting in a large field my neighbors have dubbed "The Mudpit." Over the last 15 months, the HOA, various neighbors, and myself called to complain about the damage and our concerns for our devalued property. Representatives from Brock Built assured our community that the damage to our roads and landscaping would be repaired. They sent a letter assuring our community that our concerns would be addressed before 2016. At first, Brock Built insisted that they were a responsible company that would address our concerns in a timely manner. They promised to send a letter detailing their plans for community repairs, which never arrived. Their representatives were receptive at first. Then, they simply stopped responding. Phone calls became more difficult. Emails were not returned. Our HOA even sent them a formal letter without response. It's now 2016 and they have passed their self imposed deadline.

Great experience--Eddie wont stop until he helps you with every little thing. Great people. The house is quality--they back up their warranty. If things arent to your satisfaction, they will fix.

I am military spouse transitioning to, South Carolina. The Brock Built homes Medway Landing. My husband whom is active duty is purchasing a home within this community.Pam Tinsley, realtor, has been all over the place with our transaction. Prices have been changed from what was initially agreed upon, due to inaccurate write up, therefore causing us not to recieve military discount that was told to us to be accepted. we started this process March1, 2015 and still have yet to recieve all information and or written contracts in a timely fashion. We expressed unhappiness and heartburn over how the business is being handled. Pam advised she was communicating with vice president and informed him of mistakes made on there behalf and have put the liability on us as consumer, by increasing our price. The first incident happened the day after choosing the home it was increased by $3500. Then we were informed they mispriced home again. they will accept the first amount with initial increase of $3500 they will not be honoring military discount of $1500.Pam lets us know military incentive is not offered but is accepted. Based on information that I recieved from my realtor other homes are being processed before ours. we have requested pricing on multiple items that we were not able to get answers for. we are still waiting for accurate details. it has been 30day since we started this deal. overall hopefully closing is better than opening.

Been in a BrockBuilt home for nearly 9 years. Love the home, love the subdivision. But Brock still has yet to complete final paving of roads, sprinkler systems don't work. Buyer beware!

Brock Built builds a well-constructed home at great values. The company is single-handedly responsible for revitalizing residential building on the Westside of the city. That said, the company has a history of sub-par infrastructure construction in its neighborhoods. Residents of Parkview had to resort to legal action after Brock Built refused to address storm drain issues. In the award-winning Dupont Commons development, Brock Built neglected to add a top-coat of asphalt to over half of the neighborhood streets. As a consequence, many of the roads have deteriorated down to dirt and are littered with huge potholes - even by Atlanta standards. (See Oct 2014 pics) Future homebuyers in Brock Built's new developments should consider including requirements in their purchase contracts that Brock Built will complete and provide warranties for all neighborhood infrastructure.

We found the best in town neighborhood in ATL - West Highlands! Moving here was the best decision we've made. The westside is growing rapidly and it's exciting to see it evolve almost every day. We moved from midtown and loved the diversity there and have found a similar diversity in West Highlands. It's very community oriented and family friendly. The homes are well built and has a lot of curb appeal. The builder's agent, Dahlia Aitova, epitomizes excellence. She's very knowledgeable, ethical and has an incredible personality. She was always patient with our many questions and quick to respond too. We have absolutely no regrets what so ever for selecting West Highlands and encourage you to check it out and meet Dahlia.

Buying my house in West Highlands was a great experience. I simply don't believe some of these negative reviews, I never had a problem... Of course some people may have little problems here or there considering buying/building a house is quite a process, but some of these things are implying eggregious (maybe illegal) activity from an award winning builder, just doesn't add up. I was careful and did my research and actually talked to REAL homeowners (now my neighbors) and am very pleased. Take an online review for what it's worth in that anyone can write anything. If you have your doubts I recommend going and seeing the product and talking to Dahlia (the agent at West Highlands) yourself. The quality is evident and the community is absolutely gorgeous. Me and my wife have been in here 2 years and love it so I just wanted people to see both sides of the story!

I love our neighborhood but am displeased with Brock Built. Brock claimed that they fixed multiple issues on the house at the 1 year warranty and at closing but they were temporary fixes. They simply caulked things to cover them up so that we would not know until after the warranty period was over. Post closing, Jack and the others in the warranty department are atrocious and deny and of the insufficient work completed by their builders. Our neighbors are great but we are extremely frustrated with Brock's post closing and warranty service. Their service is horrific post closing and they will flat out call you a liar and deny that anything that goes wrong is a result of their actions.

My friend recently purchased a Brock Built Home and I was amazed at the Neighborhood feeling in the Communities. She loves her home and has had a few items to put on her call back list; hwver they have an email system for warranty work and it seems to work fine. She is very pleased and when I get in the market I will buy a Brock Home

save your money!... you will have to rebuild the entire exterior... It will fall apart before your eyes! Windows will rot, Bricks and foundation will crack.. you will find everything but your mother buried in the back yard or under the driveway... If you are thinking about a Brock Built Home, I have some advice... RUN..RUN..RUN...
