I've seen Dr. Brody just recently, for a followup for a bad case of cellulitis on my face treated 1st by my PCP, and many years ago he removed some sun damaged skin spots, and treated me in office for a case of shingles; he also treated my roommate for a much worse shingles outbreak back then. Today he took an emergency app't on the spot after my PCP called to refer my 82 y/o Dad to him for a severe cyst on his back that required draining and treatment. Dr. Brody is a wonderful doctor and person, is the best in this area at his field, and my Dad, who is terrified and generally distrustful of most doctors, said it was the most amazing in office visit for efficient treatment and results he's ever experienced. His staff is charming and efficient, and how anyone could complain about either they or him implies those people would and probably do complain about anything and everything, i.e. chronic complainers syndrome. After 26 years in the hospitality industry, I know the type. Dr. Brody and his staff are simply the best, period.

Dr. Brody was condescending and rude towards me. He came in and said, "I see you have what we call "a list" so we will have to be fast. What is the problem?" He spent about 30 seconds looking over my body for troublesome moles, not thoroughly at all. Then, I asked about some bumps on my hand. He said, I can take care of those. He turned around, grabbed some sort of electric wand and started zapping or burning them off. He didn't explain what he was doing. It was very painful, hurt for days after, and left scars that are much worse than the original bumps. Dr. Brody may be critically acclaimed, but for basic dermatology needs, he was uncaring, rough, and dismissive.
