The atmosphere was very nice and you can not beat the food. We had completely great service all around. My group was taken care of very well. The quality was fantastic but it did feel the prices were a tad high. But your still getting your money's worth .

Ok, my family and had a bad experience so we recently gave the Brookstone Grill another chance. My daughter's fish was burned on one side and served with dry rice. My thin sliced fat filled prime rib was over cooked and served with a cold baked potato. My wife's fetticine was nothing fantastic. Sorry: two stikes and they are out.

We've been to the Brookstone Grill several times, in various situations. We've gone early and taken our kids, my wife and I have gone alone and we've met friends there. We've been more than satisfied each time. I've always been very pleased with the service (prompt and helpful on menu items). Very good burgers and steaks. The queso blanco appetizer is one of my favorites in town.

We tried the Grill based on it's convenient location (3 visits). The 1st visit there were 3 of us, one had a burger, one of us a salad, and the third a chicken dish. Each meal was fine, and the young man who served us was very prompt and attentive. The 2nd consisted of 4. 2 had steak, 1 had chicken and the third had a salad. Again the food was fair, and the service was not as efficient. One of the orders was inaccurate, and that person had to wait. Additionally the service was a bit slower. Our final visit again consisted of 3. One had a sandwich (lunch visit) the other had chicken picatta (in which the sauce was terrible) and the third had a child's meal. This was lunch and we had a women waitress (probably 40's or 50's). There was only 2 other diners in the restaurant. She was very slow, and in fact quite rude. We asked her to refill our water and she let out a sigh as though we were putting her out, The person with the sandwich asked for something extra and she walked off and did not return until about 10 minutes later, and then we she did not visit our table again until it was time to bring the check. Overall, we were not impressed. The service and the food are just not consistent.

We've tried the Breakstone S & G twice now. First try would've been 3 stars, but the 2nd pulled it just barely into 4 stars. First try was seafood -- only average. Soft little rolls, excellent, salad uninspired and dressing was just plain weird. Second time we went with steak and this was much better. Rolls again great and salad okay w/a traditional dressing like 1000-Isl. or honey-mustard. It's nice to have a nicer restaurant so close to our neighborhood in Northwest Cobb, but the fact that it IS a little upscale, also keeps us from going more often. Owner walks around so you get the feeling he's staying involved. Look for a 2 for 1 coupon in community publications and try it out.
