I have used them for years. Every time I go in there I am welcomed and quickly put in a room and seen by a doctor. The receptionists are so kind and sweet. And they know a lot of the customers that come in by name which is refreshing. Sometimes the vet techs will even come into the room before the doctor just to say hi and see my pet and talk to me. The doctors always come in with a smile and always listen with an open ear to what I'm saying. They answer all of my questions, and put my concerns away. You can tell that they care and are thorough in their check up. I have had to have the doctors put to sleep my wonderful lab a couple years ago. It was such a sad time but they were comforting and caring. They understood my pain and sadness and let me take my time before I said goodbye. Everyone, and I mean everyone, who was there was very sweet towards my family. They all made sure we were okay to leave and drive home and told us to take our time leaving until we felt a little better. When we got a new puppy a year later they were so excited to see us back, and they were wonderful with our new puppy. Overall, they have been the best vets my pets have been taken to. I would recommend them to anyone looking for only the best for their pets!

Took my 13 year old dog in that was sick. His liver and spleen were enlarged and firm. Also another mass that she was unable to palpate well due to the enlarged liver. Blood work,x-rays and surgery were offered although progress would be poor. No other options offered. Why would you do surgery on a dog that old when the prognosis is poor. I had to euthanize him that day because that was nothing short term they could do to make him pain free. I ask the ver to let me hold him when he took his last breath. She acted as though it was an inconvenience but said after the seditive I could hold him. I was kissing his face and telling him how much I loved him while the seditive started to work. Next thing I know she inserted the final injection and killed him. Didn't give me the chance to hold him or let me know she was getting ready for the final injection. She said he was gone and said I could have as much time as I needed and walked out of the room. Not a tear was had by anyone of the staff in the room. I was there alone and not a single hug or touch did they give me. He was a rescue dog that had been wounded and starved. I told them he spent the first couple years of his life in pain and he wouldn't leave this earth in pain. It was all about the money with them. Not only did I have to deal with the pain of his death but with the anger of his treatment.

they have the WORST bedside matter. I have never been treated soo badly. They are OVERLY priced and incompetent vets. I have 4 dogs and drive 1/2 hour away just for great pet care in Duluth. These people don't care for animals or their onwers, just $$. I found a dog on the road near by, took him there for them hold until animal control came, they refused. They would rather have the dog run loose and get hit by car then to hold him for an hour until animal control came. They have the nerve to call them selves vets.
