Brookwood Grill

My wife and I use to go to Brookwood Grill once a week. I decided to make a "preferred seating" reservation on a Friday night to celebrate my wife’s recent promotion. Our "preferred seating" reservation was at 7:30. We arrived at 7:20. We were told we would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for our table. To make a long story short, we walked out at 9:00 (we waited for 1.5 hours for our table) since the hostess was being so rude to us and other customers who were inquiring about wait time. At 9:30 (2 hours after our reservation) we received a call from Brookwood Grill letting us know our table was ready. By this time we were eating at a different restaurant and our night had been ruined.

My wife did call the manager about our experience. He did send us a gift card and apologized for the hostess behavior. Unfortunately our next experience was no better. We decided not to return to this restaurant. If we are going to pay $100 for a meal we expect to have decent service.

This place was once on my list of favorites but now I'm just indifferent about it. Generally in the past I have found the food to be consistently good, and the service excellent. However, recently, it has become a real hassle to go here for dinner. Heaven forbid that we try to go on a weekend- even with call-ahead seating we never know how long we will wait for a table. Servers seem rushed and the food seems rushed too. Temperature is often an issue, and we just don't notice the same attention to detail that we used to love about Brookwood Grill. Sometimes during the week when they're able to take a little more time and get it right, it's still okay, but usually now when we're willing to spend a little more on a nice dinner, we go somewhere that we know will give us a good experience.

Good quality food, nice atmosphere. Love salads, grill salmon are very good.Ease to get to so close to ga400.

Recently discovered this restaurant, and it has become one of our favorites. Yes, the menu is not cheap, but the food is great. On a cold winter night, the French onion soup is to die for! The salads come with wonderful croissant rolls. Beautiful decor, quiet atmosphere. We love it!

If you are looking for a place with a good atmosphere, convenient location, sizzling fresh good food and outstanding service, please make an immediate stop at Brookwood Grill in Roswell. I came here for the first time to celebrate my friend's birthday and it was fantastic. The service was quick, attentive, and wonderful. The entrees were freshly cooked, sizzling hot and very tasty. I am a serious penny pincher with money but I have to say even the prices were reasonable.Actually, i'm going back there today. :)
