I'm not criticizing, but I'd like to make a few suggestions regarding reviews. I've never used this merchant, because I don't know if I shouldReviews like these are vague, at best.No one has detailed WHAT, exactly, the business did for them (i.e., reupholstered an old couch, refinished Granny's antique table, etc.). While I think it's nice to say they are "professional, nice, excellent", etc., it doesn't help me identify whether this business would meet my needs. Also, it doesn't give specific praise to a business that might deserve it. Maybe posts should be targeted toward helping people understand why they should employ a particular company. Thanks!...
