Our pool pump jammed on a hot Wednesday. We called Browns for service. Was told Friday AM. They called Thursday saying appt. had been changed to Friday PM. Eddie (Service Tech) showed up Friday AM and installed new pump. Our pool was circulating and no green even though we had hot days. He also offered tips on assuring clean water. No one had called saying he would be there Friday AM. Glad we were home and very happy water is pumping. Thanks for the good service..

2 weeks ago Browns Pools installed our new saltwater system. After a day or so our pump had stopped and their technician came out late on Saturday afternoon to fix the problem. It had lost its prime because the water level was a little low. This Sunday, the pump stopped altogether and I called the lead technician early Monday morning. He had someone out to my house first thing Tuesday morning to see the pump. The pump was 25 years old and was pronounced DOA but Eddie had another one in the van and within a couple of hours the new pump was installed and all fears of our pool going green by Friday were dissippated! I was impressed and grateful for the speed and professionalism of the service received!

The service at this location was horrible. Because I had a smaller pool the manager treated me as if I was committing a crime being in her store. I went in prepared to buy chemicals, a ladder and toys and instead walked out furious. She actually asked me if I had a cheap wallmart pool! By far the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
