Chad came out and made some minor repairs and was then able to teach my future hubby on how to operate the pool. He was able to explain it so that even I could understand it and I have to relearn it every year. Maybe next year not. He was very knowledgable and professional and advised us on getting the green out as well.

Repair required an impeller to be ordered after pump disassembled. Only one service call billed, price quoted for parts was fair. Technician explained why new impeller was needed and did not mind that I watched him as he disassembled and reassembled pump. While checking for pump leaks he noticed the inlet pipe was leaking and repaired it as well. When reassembled pump is running at 45 PSI, 30 PSI more than before the repairs. Technician also provided info concerning leak detection and how Browns repairs leaks. Very courteous, i felt like i was talking with a good friend.
