I used Brucar and Yetter for my case and they were very much focused on their monetary interests, instead of clients'. They are very much like the McDonald's equivalent of the restaurant business, serving half cooked meals with no service to and input from the clients. Specifically: 1. During the initial consultation process, they seemed very nice and generous in spending time answering my questions. However, after I made a payment to secure their service, they suddenly had an attitutde change; all of sudden, they became snobbish and not willing to listen to my situation or input in person or on the phone whatsoever. I would be lucky if I caught them on the phone once or twice and they always ended the conversation quickly without listening to my concerns about a particular legal filing or move. 2. As such, they never showed that they were 100% on my side and fighting for me. They were eager to minimize their court appearances (thus reducing cost at the expense of client's interest) and highly willing to accept deals from the PDs without much negotiation although a little negotiation would have made a world of difference. They got irritated if I even attempted to discuss the matter with them. They always made it clear that I was only lucky and should be grateful to my knees to have them as my legal consul.
