PLEASE NOTE THIS DOCTOR'S NEW ADDRESS ON EAGLES LANDING PARKWAY!!! ~ Dr. David S. Bryant MISDIAGNOSED AND CONSEQUENTLY IMPROPERLY TREATED ME FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS! After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on specially-compounded creams insurance doesn't cover (when he prescribed 20% bleaching cream, I began to doubt his sanity!)I was finally frustrated enough to see another dermatologist. My new doctor properly diagnosed me and now my condition is under good control. I am so thankful that I finally left Dr. Bryant because it turns out my entire family benefits from my CORRECT diagnosis as my condition is genetic. With Dr. Bryant, I would never have known that fact! TO ALL PERSPECTIVE PATIENTS I OFFER THIS ADVICE: do not put your trust in this incompetent physician . . . sooner or later, the bad practices this doctor engages in will come to light . . . AND always check Board Certification status on whichever doctor you entrust with your life and the lives of the ones you love!

I had an appointment for 2 p.m. The staff called me the day before to change it to 2:30 because the doctor had an appointment conflict that had developed. I was impress. But that was the LAST GOOD impression. When I arrived at 2:15 the waiting room was filled to overflowing. After signing in I started hearing the grumbles. After waiting for 30 minutes myself, I checked and discovered that ALL the waiting folk would be ahead of me (except for two walk-ins - they would be seen FIRST!!!). The final straw was that the admin staff claimed to not even know if the doctor was in or not. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Never again!!!!!

I had an appt for my son on Fri,2/13 at 12:00pm. We didn't get seen until 3:30pm. There was no explanation from the staff nor Dr. Bryant why he was running so behind. When we finally were seen I expressed my annoyance with having waited so long and he just said "sorry" and went on about his business. After talking to his staff about the problem, i was informed that he books patients right on top of one another - doesn't seem to want to change and do better for the sake of his patients - and the kicker was that he will take a walk-in before a regular patient who has been waiting. I will NOT be back.

If you enjoy sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours and then sitting in the exam room for another 1/2 hour, this is your doctor. He schedules multiple patients for the exact same time, then keeps everyone waiting. When you finally see him, he is in such a hurry, he rushes through your exam. You're lucky to get 5 minutes with Dr. Bryant after waiting 2 1/2 hours. As I left, I realized that I had forgotten to ask him some questions because he was in such a hurry. My time is too valuable. Sorry.
