We apologize for your dog being here for an extended amount of time. We operate on dog time which, unfortunately, is very unpredictable. When a dog requires extra care and attention we make certain their needs are met which can put us behind. We are more than happy to offer you a total for the services requested before you leave your dog for grooming if budget is a concern. The groomer would love to make any adjustments needed to the haircut in order to make you happy. A pre-existing ear infection can become more prevalent following grooming due to the moisture in the ear. We recommend you seek vet care for your dog's ear issues.
After being nickel and dimed by places like PetSmart and a couple of other local groomers I saw Bubble Tubs at Paws in the Park at Swift-Cantrell park. Kristin was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through how they treat the dogs. I asked around and Bubble tubs was recommended to me by 2 different people on 2 separate occasions. Needless to say I was reluctant after reading the "bad reviews" but decided to take both of my dogs (an Akita and a Golden) in. It was the BEST decision I could have made! Not only did she remember talking to me, she offered to oversee the grooming of both dogs herself. They have never been so loved and looked so good. Bubble Tubs has a customer for LIFE!!

After using B.T. quite a few times our last visit on 9/3 was terrible. Our dog went in for a bath and when we picked him up his eyes were irritated so bad he could not open them. We could tell he was in pain and ended up having to take him to the vet for treatment. The staff tried to blame it on allergies. They did not want to help on the vet cost at all. Needless to say they lost our business after 3 years.

yes loyal and have been for 7 or 8 years but don't be fooled like me. My dog is now blind and very shy when out of his home. I asked them to groom him and try to get him back to me as soon as possible and because of being loyal i would have to pay 10 dollars more. Thanks for your help but no thanks . If you want to keep in business today do not follow that program.

I have been so satisfied with Bubble Tubs that I won't take my standard poodle anywhere else for grooming. They are wonderful. The shop is clean and the care is excellent!

I take my Vizsla to Bubble Tubs to be bathed and nailes trimmed. He will only let the groomers there touch his nails. My dogs trusts them and so do I. They are always friendly and quick to get us in and out! So glad they are near my home, but I would drive anywhere to get the quality and service I get from Bubble Tubs.

I have been taking my dogs for Bubble Tubs for over 4 years. They always do a wonderful job. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have tried several other groomers in the Acworth/Kennesaw area- none compare to Bubble Tubs.

Due to space restraints, this is a mini review. See my full review at Yelp. I asked them not to cut the hair on my Shi Tzu's head, and when I picked her up, they had me pay bill first (48 dollars), and then brought out my hacked up dog. She looks like a poodle now, and has no hair on top of her head. I will be posting pictures on my dogbook page, her name is Snookie. Proof is in the pictures!

I have been taking my two Schnauzers (Cooper and Zorro) to Bubble Tubs for two years. I had been to several groomers in the area and had not found one I trusted until I came to Bubble Tubs for Dogs. Even my grumpy dog never has a problem going, when any other place he would bite and make himself sick because he was a nervous dog. Bubble Tubs is awesome. Even though I have to drive quite a ways it is totally worth it!!

The BEST groomer around. When my dog is in their hands I can trust they will do what is needed! My dog nearly skips into the shop everytime we go! And prances out afterward because she is so beautified!!!

New to the area, my husband and I noted this business when passing by. We own a more uncommon to rare breed, a Wheaten Terrier, and because of the rarity, my husband made a point to stop in to assure that the salon knew how to cut/groom the breed. She'd recently had surgery, and thus, we were unable to have her groomed for an extended period. This particular breed 'LOOKS' similar to Schnauzer, but the coat is VASTLY dissimilar. Wheaten coats are like that of sheep; it is 'wool-like' and when ungroomed can APPEAR matted when it is NOT. We went out of town, had our adult son drop our girl off and what was returned to us was a SHAVED dog; they called my son twice asking about Wheatens and indicated that they had no reference materials available. They indicated that they were cutting her short; her once 3 inch coat was cut to 1/8 of an inch all over; absolutely HORRIBLE and very unwilling to discuss their errors. The owner/mgr defended their position, took NO accountability for their errors. If I were you, I would RUN in the opposite direction from this poor excuse for a Grooming Salon.

We have been taking our third daughter, Sophie (our beautiful cream Pekingese), to Bubble Tubs for Dogs for over 6 years now. She gets sooo excited about going to her special salon. She has bad knees, a bad back, and has a skin condition, so she requires special handling, but I always feel rest assured that she will receive the best possible care from Bubble Tubs. Their fees are also extremely reasonable and I would recommend them to anybody who wants to take their dog to a reputable doggie spa they can trust!!! Thanks Bubble Tubs for everything you do for our little special Sophie baby!!

I am very cautious about who touches my sweetie but I would trust this place with him forever. They are very personable and they listen to what the customer wants. The price is also very valuable.

Bubble Tubs does excellent work, service and prices. Their prices are highly competitive and they take great care of my dogs while they are there! I would advise anyone to go there!
