great experience
I wanted a custom frame for a new piece of art, but I wasn't looking forward to the tedious process of choosing materials. The expert service that I received, made this an easy and pleasurable experience. Buckhead Custom Frame delivered every detail that was discussed during the consultation.

Fantastic work at a great price
We bought an expensive woodblock print that required archival framing. They were very knowledgeable and helpful through the process and did fantastic work. The price was much less than we expected. We're very happy their work and will use them again.

Can't trust reviews.
For some reason my posts keep getting deleted. Anyway, I tried Kudzu's "top" framers in the Atlanta area (I'm an interior designer and have stuff framed for my clients all the time.) I've posted my comments and experience to several of them (I won't name them as I might get deleted again) on this site but the owners of those businesses keep deleting them! It's also obvious when the reviewer only does 1 review that they're just made up people that the business is using!
As for my review, I wasn't happy with most of my experiences but continue to enjoy my experience with Tom at Buckhead Custom Frames. I'm going to stop trying other places
I suggest you all do your homework and check out other review sites before going to a framer.

Exceptional customer service
I just dropped off my artworkyes it's a Sunday and yes they're closed. Here's the story. I'm flying out tomorrow to meet with my fiance. He loves the Braves so I got an autographed jersey at the mall. They didn't have it in a frames so I called around to find a framer that can have it done by tomorrow (Monday). I managed to catch Tom (the owner) at his store (doing inventory I think) and while he was closed, he said that he would have it done by tomorrow. So, I stopped by, had a quick chat about what I wanted and was surprised to find that the total price was cheaper than normal framing I have done at the other frame store I go to. Anyway, had a great experience and I'll definately be back!...

Good job
I was shopping around to have a poster framed and was a bit disappointed by all the high prices in the Buckhead area. I brought in a written estimate to Tom and he managed to get me a better quality frame at a lower price.
